Please check if the chain is loose as shown in the below picture, if loose, please follow the instruction steps 1-4.Key Warning: A loose chain will derail, and can lead to rapid wear of the chain and the guide plate.

If you have adjusted the chain, please make sure the knob is tightened.
Loosen the outer knob (the knob is divided into two levels, the outer knob secures the side cover and the inner knob adjusts the tightness of the chain).
Turn the inner knob to adjust the chain tightness as shown.
Install the battery and use it normally.

How To Assembly
- How to remove the chain:
Loosen the knob and remove the side cover. Remove the side cover and guide plate as shown in the picture below.
- How To Install The Chain:
a. First load the chain into the guide plate. The middle guide tooth fits easily into the guide plate slot.
b. Attach the guide plate to the chainsaw as shown in the diagram and loop the chain around the gear. (Please note: each projection of the chain should correspond with the recessed part of the gear)
Please note: When installing the side cover, align the removable nut with the small hole in the guide plate. As shown in the picture below.
Put on the side cover and screw on the knob. (Note: the knob does not need to be tightened)
d. Adjust the tension of the chain by turning the knob clockwise as shown in the diagram. Adjustment is complete when the distance between the chain pulled outwards and the guide plate is 0.3 cm.
e. Finally, tighten the knob securely and you are now ready to cut.
