Name of Parts

  1. Trackball

  2. Tilt wheel (scroll button)  You can scroll left and right by tipping the wheel to the left or right. Press and hold the scroll wheel and the cross scroll button will appear, then you can automatically slide up, down, left and right without moving the wheel.

    The cursor speed (resolution) can be switched from 800 to 1200 to 1600 to 400 to 800 counts.

  5. Back / Forward button (Windows only)

    Check count status:

  7. blinks 1 time: 400count/inch

  8. blinks 3 times: 1200count/inch

  9. blinks 2 times: 800count/inch

  10. blinks 4 times: 1600count/inch

Connection Method

Note : It is recommended to close other applications before connecting the trackball.

  1. Power on the computer and start the OS.

Automatic cursor movement speed adjustment function

  • This product is equipped with the function to adjust the cursor movement speed by the trackball operation linkage.
  • This function is only available when the trackball DPI is set to 800, 1200 or 1600.
  • This function cannot be used when the trackball DPI is 400.

  • How to turn on
    • Press the scroll wheel button and the right mouse button at the same time for about 3 seconds.
    • The LED will flash twice. It means it is successfully turned on.
  • How to turn off
    • Press the scroll wheel button and the right mouse button at the same time for about 3 seconds.
    • The LED will blink once. The LED will blink once, indicating that it has  been successfully turned off.

Driver installation method

  • Once you download the driver software from the website, you can use the button programming function.
  • To use custom keystrokes, you need to keep the software enabled.

  • If you are using a Mac OS,  https://www.sanwa.com/download/TB_0019mac.dmg” Please access.
  • The download will start as soon as you access it.
  • Save and open the file.
  • Please follow the installation wizard to install the driver.
  • In the process of installation or use of any problem, please contact us.

Troubleshooting

  • Q. Unable to move mouse (pointer)
    A. Check whether the trackball is correctly inserted into the USB port of the computer.

  • Q. The cursor or scroll movement is not smooth.
    A. When the track ball does not move smoothly, try cleaning it.
