Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Download the Suear App
To use the Visual WiFi Ear Endoscope, you need to download and install the Suear App. Follow these steps:
- For iOS users, download and install the App4VFBS from the App Store.
- For Android users, download and install the App4VFBS from the Google Play Store.
- You can also scan the QR Code provided in the user manual to download the App.
Step 2: Connection Steps
Once you have downloaded the Suear App, follow these steps to connect the device:
- Long press the switch key to open the device. Wait for 5 seconds.
- Open the Suear App and click on the “Go to connect” icon.
- Follow the pop-up prompt and click “Connect now” to jump to the mobile WIFI setting interface.
- On the WIFI setting interface, find Suear-xxxx and click to connect.
- Once the mobile phone displays “Suear-xxxx WIFI is connected,” return to the App and click on the house icon to enter the device.
Compatibility
The Visual WiFi Ear Endoscope is compatible with Android 4.4, iOS 9.0, and higher versions. It works with Android system phones like Samsung S7, Galaxy S6 edge, Note 8, S8, S8+, S9+, S10, Google Pixel, XL, Pixel 3, Nexus 6p, Huawei Mate9, Mate 10, Mate 20 Pro, OnePlus, etc. It is also compatible with iOS system phones like iPhone 6, 6s, 7, 7+, 8, 8+, X, and XR.
Note: This model does not work with computer systems.

Ear Pick Accessories

- You can replace the tip as needed.
- Be careful and slow when inserting the endoscope into your ear canal. Use the App to track its movement and view the environment of your ear canal.

Problems and Suggestions
Cannot store photos or videos to your phone
Suggestion: Let Suear permit the authority of photos, media, and files in your device.
Camera is not responding, camera doesn’t light up
Suggestions:
- Please charge the device.
- If the problem persists, please uninstall the App and scan the QR code to reinstall it.
Live image does not show after launching the app
Suggestions:
- Make sure you are connected to the correct WIFI ID Suear-XXXX.
- If you see the question “This WLAN network has no Internet access. Connect anyway?” choose “Connect” to ensure proper functionality.
- Make sure the Suear app has permission to access WLAN or WLAN & Cellular Data in your mobile device settings.
- Close the App and reopen it.
- Turn your mobile phone data on and off again.
Ear endoscope’s red light on WIFI connection break
Suggestions:
- Please charge the product.
- Please restart the ear endoscope, open the app, and reconnect to WIFI.

Step 2: Connection steps
- Long press the switch key to open device, after 5 seconds, then step into next operation.
- Open the “Suear” App, click the “Go to connect icon”, follow the pop-up prompt and click to connect now to jump to the mobile WIFI setting interface.

Find “Suear-xxxx” on the WIFI setting interface and click to connect.

After the mobile phone displays “Suear-xxxx” WIFI is connected, return to the App again and click the house icon to enter the device
After connecting to the product WIFI connection, you will be asked some questions:
IOS:
“Suear”would like to find and connect to devices on your local network.
Suggestion: Click “OK”
Android:
If your mobile phone displays the following prompts, WiFi has no data
connection, whether to continue trying to use the WiFi? Whether to keep the
connection? Whether to switch WiFi?
Suggestion:
Click “Keep”/”CONNECT”/”Decline”option
