Indications

(NoAPP) Setup mode (waiting to be added).

This is the default mode for new product.

Flashes quickly (continuously flash 5 times / sec)| Device is in Smart Setup mode (waiting to be added)
Flashes slowly then always on| Device is being set up and added to network

• Reset for AP (NoAPP) Setup
  When the bulb is in any conditions (except AP Setup mode), quickly switch it off and on for FIVE (5) times (off > on > off > on…) until the bulb flashes intermittently.

• Reset for Smart Setup
  When the bulb is in AP (NoAPP) Setup mode, quickly switch it off and on for FIVE (5) times (off > on > off > on…) until the bulb flashes quickly.

Troubleshooting

1. I can’t add the device in APP, I don’t know what is the problem?
   Make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz and password contains no more than 32 non-special characters. Make sure the device is in either AP
   Setup mode or Smart Setup mode before proceeding on APP.

2. With NoAPP setup, do I still need to use BroadLink APP?
   With our NoAPP technology, the APP is not required during device setup.
   After the device setup completes, you can just use Alexa or Google
   Home APP to discover the device and control it in their APPs or using voice commands with their speakers. Alexa and Google Home support all basic features of the device. If you want to experience more advanced functions such as powerful timers and scenes, we recommend you to download “BroadLink” APP and use the same email to sign up an account to try it.

3. I can’t find the device in Alexa and Google Home APP. How can I do? Make sure the device can be controlled from external networks (ex. 4G)
   BroadLink APP before discovering in Alexa and Google Home.
   Make sure you selected the same region as you’ve done in BroadLink APP during account linking in Alexa and Google Home APP.
