MAKING DRILL HOLES

Mark the 4 holes on the concrete foundation using the base- plate of the pedestal. Make sure that the power feed conduit is located precisely underneath the opening in the base- plate. Drill the 4 mounting holes: 13/32″ (10mm) in size, minimum depth of 3 1/2″ (84mm). Hammer the M8*100mm expansion anchor bolts in place.

FEED IN SUPPLY POWER CONDUIT

CONDUIT D’ALIMENTATION DE L’ALIMENTATION INSTALACIÓN DEL CONDUCTO DE ALIMENTACIÓN

1. Feed the conduit from the bottom through the pedestal upwards through the cable opening.
   .

2. Position the pedestal directly over the anchor bolts. Attach the pedestal to the foundation using the flat washers and spring washers that were included with the anchor bolts

3. Release the 8pcs of M5*12mm screws of the wiring access panel at the back

4. Optional:
   Slide base cover halves around pedestal and secure with 4pcs M5*12mm screws

5. *** Remove 2 pcs security screws from EV charger. Set screws aside for Mounting the Charging Station – Step 5.
   Takeoff the wall-mounted bracket of the charger, and fix it in the corresponding position on the pedestal with 4 pcs of M820mm bolts for single pedestal. Repeat one more time on the back for Back-to-back version.

6. Feed the conductors from the EV charger unit into the conduit and elbow fitting. If necessary, guide the conductors down into the pedestal by reaching inside the wiring access opening.

7. First, secure the top of the EV charger unit by holding the unit at an angle and placing it onto the hook at the top of the bracket

8. Rotate the EV charger unit down into place while at the same time placing the other end of the conduit into the fitting on the EV charger unit.

9. If necessary, tighten the nut on the fitting on the EV charger unit and the elbow fitting.

10. Feed source power conductors into the wiring access panel area. Make wiring connection in accordance with the instructions of the EV Charger unit.
    Replace the access panel and screw

11. Remove Connector Holster & Hook from the EV Charger carton(s). Use 4pcs of M5*22mm screws to fix the connector base and hook in the corresponding position. Repeat one more time on the back for Back-to-back version
