Safety Attention
When the power is on Temperature greater than 100℃-450℃ (212℉-842℉), abuse of use May even lead to fires or burn Please strictly observe the following matters:
- Please don’t touch the iron tip and Metal area.
- Please do not use near inflammable goods
- The soldering iron tip is very hotlist may cause dangerous accidents Please turn off the power after using it.
- When change parts please off the machine and wait for tip cooling
In order to avoid damage of soldering station, Please strictly observe the following matters
- This product uses rated voltage and frequency (Please refer to the label on the back of the machine)
- It is strictly prohibited to use this product when it is damaged especially when the power cable is damaged
- This product uses a three-wire grounding plug, must be inserted into a three-hole grounding socket. If you need to extend the cord, use a grounded three-wire power cord.
- Please do not use soldering iron for any work except welding
- Do not knock the soldering tip on the workbench to clean it this may seriously damage the soldering tips
- When replacing parts, please use original factory parts
- Do not tamper with the soldering iron without Safety Precautions
- Please do not wet the soldering iron, and do not use it when your hands are wet
- There will be smoke when welding, please confirm the ventilation environment
- Do not harm the body when using the machine
- Children are unaware of how dangerous electric products can be. Don t use or store this station in a place accessible to a child. Don’t allow a child to get near or touch this station.

Function Description
Installation and use
The connection
Note: When connecting and disconnecting the handle, be sure to turn off the power to avoid dam aging the control circuit board
- Connect the handle device to the handle socket of the host machine.
- Heating core required by the device
- Put the welding table well and put the handle on the handle rack.
- Connect the power supply.
- Turn on the power switch and the display window displays “—“, at which time the welding table is in standby state
Temperature up: pressing ▲once will increase the set temperature by 1℃. The temperature display will show the set temperature; if pressing ▲for at least one second, the set temperature will rise rapidly until ▲is released when the target temperature is reached.
Temperature down: pressing ▼once will decrease the set temperature by 1℃. The temperature display will show the set temperature; if pressing ▼for at least one second, the set temperature will fall rapidly until ▼is released when the target temperature is reached.
After the parameter value is set, in “Ch1”, “CH2”, “CH3”, Select the channel you want to set, press and hold the “CH1” key to change The data is stored in the “CH1” channel; in the same way, press “CH2” or “CH3” Then save the data in CH2 or CH3 channel。
Take out:
When you need to Take out the memory data, just click (less than 1
second)“CH1”, you can Take out the saved data, and similarly press “CH2” or
“CH3” to recall the memorized data。
Celsius and Fahrenheit
temperature conversion: Twice press the “SET” key in the power-on state to switch Celsius or Fahrenheit. The unit shows Celsius “℃” Fahrenheit “℉”
When the host is off, press and hold the “CH1” key, Then turn on the power to turn off or enable the key
lock Enable display:
Close to display:
F Press and hold “CH1 ”
in the boot state to turn off or enable the buzzer. When enabled, ” ” is
displayed and a prompt is sounded. Turn off show the ”
When the host is off, press
and hold the “CH3” key and turn on the power to enter the standby temperature
setting interface.
Standby temperature are :
0℃/150℃/180℃/200℃ (set to 0℃, the standby temperature will be turned off)
After the setting is completed, short press CH3 to save and exit. (This
function can only be used when using C-245 heating element)
Calibration temperature:
Every time the heating element is replaced, the temperature
must be recalibrated. When the host is turned off, long press the “SET” key, the machine enters the temperature calibration mode.
Press the temperature setting key “▲▼” to calibrate the temperature, and finally press “SET” to save and exit the calibration mode.
Handle control operation instructions
-
handle temperature adjustment In working state, press the handle temperature adjustment button to increase/ decrease the temperature.
-
handle control machine switch In the working state, press and hold the two temperature adjustment buttons of the handle at the same time to turn on/off the interface of the host.
Tip temperature of soldering iron
Tip temperature of soldering iron The high temperature will weaken the tip function, so choose the lowest possible temperature. This tip has excellent temperature recovery and can be fully welded at lower temperatures to protect temperature sensitive elements.
When cleaning up
Use a clean sponge to clean the tip regularly. After welding, the oxide and carbide derived from the residual flux of the tip will damage the tip, causing welding errors, or reduce the heat conduction function of the tip
Clean up when not in use Do not use the iron, do not let the iron in the high temperature for a long time, will make the solder on the iron head into oxide, resulting
in the heat conduction function of the iron head greatly decreased.
Low after use
After use, clean the tip of the soldering iron and coat it with new tin layer
to prevent oxidation.
Inspection and cleaning soldering iron tip
Check and clean the tip of the soldering iron: Note: Do not file the iron to remove the oxide.
- Et the temperature at 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit).
- After the temperature is stable, clean the tip with a cleaning sponge and check the condition of the tip.
- If the tin part of the soldering iron contains black oxide, coat the soldering iron with a new tin layer, then wipe the soldering iron with a clean sponge until the oxide is completely removed, then coat the soldering iron with a new tin layer.
- If the tip of the soldering iron is deformed or produces heavy rust, a new one must be replaced.
Replacement of heating core:
This welding table USES the heating core integrated with the welding head.
After power failure and cooling, directly unplug the old one and plug in the
new one.
