Ensure lotions / creams are fully absorbed into their skin
Make sure the lining isn’t wrinkled and sticks out a bit from the shell
Check the MyCRO Band for any cracks or other damage
Putting it on
- Open the elastic side latch.
- Spread shell apart at closure.
- Align engraved line with middle of nose.
- Make sure ears are exposed.
- Place on head and gently close the elastic latch.
Taking it off
- Open the elastic side latch.
- Carefully spread shell apart at closure.
- Remove from baby’s head.
- Check for redness and let us know if it lasts more than 45 minutes.
Changing and cleaning the lining
- With helmet off, pull out the lining, starting at the closure and continuing along the entire shell.
- Hand wash lining with a pH-neutral soap and let air dry.
- To insert lining, start by rolling it up tightly from both ends toward the middle. Position the lining at the closure and carefully unroll, press it into the shell and smooth any wrinkles. Be sure the lining projects slightly beyond the edge of the shell and fold it over the neck area where you see hook material.
