# Trouble Shooting

1. Remote not working
   Please check if there is battery inside the remote controller. Sometimes we send lamps via air so there will be no battery inside the controller(airplanes won’t allow batteries on board).

2. Water comes in lights failed
   Please send us pictures of the defective lamp, free replacement will be sent in 24 hours.

3. About Remote Control System?
   Our control system is RF, max control distance is 65.6ft.

4. What if lost the controller?
   In each of the box you received, there are two controllers inside, please use one controller and keep the other as backup.

5. What is the tiny wire via cap comes out of the lamp?
   This is the very import wire please DON’T cut it away. Take care of this wire because it is the signal receiver, if you cut this wire away, you then CAN’T control the lamps anymore with controller.
