Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1: Wiring Diagram and Transformer Connection
- Remove all washers and not from the wiring.
- Attach the 20W Halostar Oven Bulb to the light fitting.
- Push the light fitting through the hole on the outer box and into the gap between the plate and the outer box.
- Attach the smaller round nut and one 50mm washer on the light plate, and adjust their placement for the best fit.
- Attach another 50mm washer on the other side of the light plate and use the longer nut to hold it in place. The end of the nut should be flush with the end of the light fitting.
- Step 2: Wiring to Transformer
- Connect the 2x white wires on the wiring to the transformer.
- The light will be ready for use.
Product Usage Instructions
- Universal Cowl Assembly
- Place a weather tray with a 20mm downturn on top of the unit.
- Ensure there is an air gap on the top and front of the unit.
- Install non-combustible brick or Hebel with a minimum thickness of 75mm around the unit.
- Crimp down the flue assembly.
- Maintain an air gap at the rear of the unit.
- Use a 9mm cement sheet or non-combustible board under the unit.
- Alternative Brick Chimney Termination
- Apply splayed render to disperse rainwater away from the top of the flue.
- Use fiber cement collars around the flue.
- Ensure there are two chimney openings with a minimum size of 230 mm x 172 mm.
- FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- Q: Can I connect the unit directly to a 240v power source?
- A: No, it is important not to connect 240v directly to the supplied unit. A transformer must be used.
- Q: Is the transformer included in every unit?
- A: Yes, the transformer is supplied with every unit.
