Pet Fountain
Before We Start: Care Instructions
In order to provide our pet with fresh and clean water continuously, please
read and remember these three simple tasks:
Refill Often: Please keep the water lovel above 30% or full all the time.
the pump willful if it runs dry.
Clean Regular: Clean the pump, water tank, drinking basin and the filter
case every 1-2 weeks. Be careful to remove the filter and sponge before
cleaning.
Replace Filter & Sponge: Replace the filter every 1-2 weeks when you
clean your fountain. Replace the sponge every 3-4 weeks depending on the
frequency of use.

- Place the water pump into the holder In the water tank
- Place the sponge around the water pump,
- Put the soaked carbon filter into the holder on the basin.
- Place the basin back to the ‘water tank to form a seal
- Filled with water, and then connect with power.
Soak the filter in a separate bowl of clean water for 5 mins before use.
Note:
- The filter must be fully soaked before using; otherwise, water may not smoothly disperse through the filter and cause spillage.
- Do not soak the filter in the water tank of the fountain in case of any surface dust.

Clean the pump and fountain every two weeks

Remove the water pump cover.

Remove the impeller by the brush hook.

Use the brush to clean the parts with water. The brush can also be used to clean the spout.

Keep the water level above the pump, as the pump will fail if it runs without water.
Tips: If the water pump stops working, please try removing and reinserting the impeller in the water pump.
