SUNPOW 160PSI Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor

Smart Electric Pump

Thank you for purchasing mini electric air pump. Please read this user manual carefully before using the product and keep it properly for reference.

Warning

1. Do not keep away from the product when using.
2. The pump may heat up in high temperature or utters an abnormal sound during continuous using. Please turn it off to cool down. And do not use it again until it becomes cool.
3. Keep away from combustible and explosive materials.
4. Do not store the pump in moisture environments .
5. Do not store the product in a place that is too cold or hot cause the inflator is equipped with lithium battery, do not put it into fire or dispose of it at will .
6. Keep it away from children.

Instruction

Power on: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the pump.
Shutdown: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the pump.

2. Battery Indicator
   Different numbers of indicators on the bar show different battery levels:
   Green: more than 70%
   Orange: 30%~70%
   Red: 5%~30%
   Red flash: 5% or less (It is in a low battery state and needs to be charged before use)

3. Start Inflation and Stop Inflation

In the power-on state, short press the start-stop button to start the inflation and automatically stop inflation when the preset air pressure value is reached.

4. Charging

Type-C charging input 5V~2A.
Use the charging cable to connect the pump and the power adapter (not included) to the pump for charging.
When the indicator bar is flashing green: charging.
When the indicator bar is solid green: fully charged. Tips: The pump cannot be used during charging.

5. Connect Valve to Hose Schrader

The bicycles, electric bicycles, motorcycles, and automobiles will be equipped with Schrader valve.
Charger: Connect the Schrader valve to the connector on the high-pressure hose to start a inflation.
Presta

Road bikes and some other bikes need to use a Presta adapter when inflation.
Inflation:
1. Connect the Presta adapter to the connector on the high pressure hose.
2. Unscrew the Presta cap of the tire.
3. Connect the Presta to the connector to charge.
Ball Needle

Balls, such as basketballs and footballs, need to be inflated with a ball needle.
Inflation: After pressing the ball needle and the Schrader connector firmly, inserting the needle into the filling hole of the ball to Inflate.

6. Check The Air Pressure

7. DC Start
   Use the charging cable to connect the power outlet of the car cigarette lighter and the DC port of the product, and press the switch for a long time.
   Power on, you can use the cigarette lighter to supply power to the product.

   Short press to switch the air pressure display unit.
   Unit conversion formula: 1 BAR = 14.5PSI

10. LED Lighting
    After a long press , the LED lighting is turned on , and a long press again will turn it off.
    

11. Preset Pressure
    Short press : Adjust the preset air pressure value +/-0.5PSI.
    Long press  : You can quickly adjust the preset air pressure value.
    Note: The scene switching and the preset air pressure value software will be automatically saved, and the next time you use it, you only need to switch the scene, and the preset air pressure value will be automatically set.

12. Calibration
    After the power is turned on, the hose is not connected to the charging object. When the measured pressure value is not 0.0, press the key for 2 seconds at the same time, and the display will return to normal after it is fully illuminated.
    Note: This product is reset at the factory. Due to altitude or sensor differences when the measured air pressure value is not zero manual reset can improve the air pressure accuracy. Calibration is not recommended at high temperature.

13. Checking the Suggested Pressure
    To ensure safety, please determine the pressure range by reading the instructions, etc to avoid any injury caused by overcharging.
    **Car Tire

The air pressure range of a car’s tires is marked on the side of the tire.
The charging pressure is related to the load weight. For more detailed air pressure recommendations, please refer to the manual of the relevant vehicle.
Bicycle Tire

The air pressure range of a bicycle tire is 1 20psi/827kpa/8.27bar .
The charging pressure is related to the load weight. For more detailed air pressure recommendations, please refer to the manual of the relevant vehicle.
Balls
**
The filling pressure of balls such as balls, basketballs, and volleyballs are 0.8bar/12psi. The charging pressure is related to the load weight. For more detailed air pressure recommendations, please refer to the manual of the relevant ball.

Safety Precautions

When unscrewing the hose, the hose and joint will generate high temperature due to long-term work. Please do not keep in contact for a long time.

Troubleshooting Guide

1. Check whether the battery is fully charged.
2. Check the air pipe for leaks.
3. Check whether the connection parts at both ends of the air pipe are tightened.
4. Check whether the inflated items are leaking.

Can’t inflate on boot|

1. Check whether the battery is fully charged.
2. Check whether the current tire pressure is higher than the preset value.

The preset pressure cannot be adjusted| Check if you choose the incorrect mode, select the Custom Mode to adjust the preset value in the range of 3- 150PSI.
Can do inflate but the air pressure display does not change|

1. Low-pressure products such as balloons are not within the measurable range of the device.
2. In the case of an empty tire, the tire pressure value can be displayed after a short period of inflation.

The inflator automatically shut down after connecting hose| The pump will shutdown automatically after 3 minutes without operation, long pressing the START button to restart.
There is leakage when connecting the hose| Tighten the hose
The color of the power indicators in charging state is different from that in standby state.| The power lithium battery has a significant voltage drop during the discharge process, which causes the color of the indicator light in the charging state and the standby state to be inconsistent. This phenomenon is normal
The power indicator does not light up after charging| Replace with a safe and compliant charging cable and adapter to recharge.
