No, the brush does not act like a hairdryer and does not blow hot or cold air. -

No, it is recommended to use it on hair that is clean, dry, and tangle-free. -
Is it normal to smell a slight burning smell when first turned on?
Yes, this is completely normal. There will be a slight burning smell when first turned on. This is dust/impurities being burnt off the ceramic barrel. -
The brush won’t turn on, what should I do?
Please check the following:- Ensure the brush is plugged in and the wall switch is on.
- Check that the fuse in the plug has not blown or the electrical circuit for your wall socket has not tripped at your main consumer unit board.
- If the brush still will not turn on when moving the on/off switch on the brush from the ‘O’ position up once to the ‘I’ position, then contact our Customer Helpdesk ( [email protected] ) for further assistance.

Can I travel with the brush?
Yes, it comes with multi-voltage for worldwide use. Additionally, the brush comes with a removable UK 3-pin plug. The 3-pin plug can be removed to reveal a European 2-pin plug by unscrewing the centre screw, lifting the rear cover, and unclipping the European 2-pin plug. It can be replaced, if necessary, by reversing this procedure. -
What is the warranty/guarantee on the brush?
Diva Pro Styling is a professional brand, and therefore the product comes with a 12-month warranty for professional use. This warranty is offered over and above your normal statutory rights. The warranty shall apply in all countries in which our product was sold via an authorized dealer. This warranty does not include damage to the product by accident or misuse, abuse, alteration to the product, or use inconsistent with the technical and/or safety instructions required. This warranty shall not apply if the product has been dismantled or repaired by a person not authorized by us. -
How can I use the brush to create different styles?
Before use, make sure hair is clean, dry, and tangle-free.
To create waves and curls:
- Take a section of hair and wrap it around the brush from the tip to the roots.
- Leave it for a few seconds and then unwind the hair from the brush.
For volume:
- Repeat the steps above, but when the hair is wrapped around the brush, pull the hair gently upwards away from the head.
- Leave it for a few seconds and then unwind the hair from the brush.
To create flicks:
- Wind the end of the hair around the brush.
- Keep rotating the brush as you do this, keeping the brush in the hair, but always towards the tip.
- Wind the hair towards your head for an inward flick and away from the head for an outward flick.
To straighten the hair:
- Take a strand of hair and brush from the root to the tip.
For faster results in all cases, use in conjunction with a hairdryer.
How can I clean the brush?
To clean, unplug and wait for the brush to fully cool. Wipe clean any
build-up of styling products with a damp cloth (do not scrub). Do not use an
abrasive cleaning fluid to clean, as damage will occur.
