Q1: Brightness Is Not Enough? Not Visible In Daytime?
Various factors such as ambient light and screen size can affect visibility. When use the projector daytime, make sure there is no strong light around the projector screen.It is recommended to have some shade around the projector screen to ensure the best projection effect.Suggest to use an anti-light projector screen to enhance the image brightness and projection effect. If you need one, please contact us.
Q2: How to Adjust Image Focus?
Please use the Focus Wheel on projector to adjust image focus. It is recommended to dial the focus wheel slowly to find the best focus point for the whole image.
Q3: Focus Button On Remote Does Not Work?
It is not a malfunction, just because this projector only supports Manual Focus. Please use the Focus Wheel to adjust image focus. We have changed the remote to remove the confusing buttons, you can contact us to get a new remote.
Q4: How to Perform Auto Keystone Correction?
Go into Settings->Projection, switch on Auto Keystone. Tilted image will be automatically adjusted upon projector turn on.
Q5: Connect External HDMI Device but Says Does not Support 4K?
If the connected HDMI device indicated that our projector does not support 4K, firstly make sure the refresh rate of the connected device is not higher than 60HZ. Secondly select corresponding HDMI mode on projector, press menu button on remote or projector, go to HDMI EDID version, select 2.0 or 2.1.
Q6: Black Spot Appear on The Projection?
Firstly apologize for the issue. Before sending our projector, we have confirmed that the projector all work fine including no black spots at all. However, it may have been improperly stored in transit, causing dust to enter and thus create the black spots. To clean the black spots, you can try to pat the upper cover of the projector several times, dust may fall down and black spots will disappear. If black spots remain, please try the following steps to clean the dust: Take out the covers ,gently wipe the sides of the lens with a longer cotton swab. Please rest assure that above steps will not void your product warranty. If above methods still does not work, please contact us to get a new replacement.
Q7: Cursor Is Not Visible in Apps?
That means the App provider does not release Android TV version that can work with remote control. You can connect wireless or wired MOUSE to operate the App to solve this issue. If you need a mouse, please contact us.
Q8: Can’t Find Specific Apps In The App Store?
Please copy and paste this link www.apkmirror.com to computer browser, search and download the apk file of the App you want. Copy the Apk file to an USB drive, insert the USB drive to projector and open it on projector. Click the Apk file to install the App on the projector.
Q9: Can’t Use Google Play Store On Projector?
Our projector use our own customized App Store to make all the Apps better compatible with our projector. Please go to App Store on projector to search and download Apps. If can't find the App you want, please refer to Q8.
Q10: There Is NO Sound When Using DVD player or Fire Stick with Projector?
When connecting DVD player, please go into audio setting on DVD player to change the audio from auto to PCM. When connecting Fire Stick, please go into audio setting on Fire Stick,select Dolby Digital Plus off mode (Stereo Mode) or turn off auto-audio or select PCM. When connecting Roku stick,please go into audio setting on Roku Stick and change the audio setting to PCM-stereo. Audio settings on above mentioned devices may differ, please refer to the actual audio setting options.
Q11: Can’t Play Video that includes DTS Audio from USB drive?
Please go to projector App Store to download the VLC media player to play the video.
Q12: Projector Shutdown Randomly?
Check if the projector is overheated or the external ambient temperature is too high. Projector has an overheating protection system,once the internal or external temperature is too high, projector will shutdown automatically to protect the machine. Do not use the projector in an overheated environment, and also make sure that there is enough space around the projector to dissipate heat. Do not place the projector in a closed cabinet or case, which will lead to overheating.
Q13: There Are Scratches On The Touch Panel?
There is a protective film on the touch panel, scratches usually appear on the protective film, not on the projector body itself. You can remove the protective film to confirm.
Q14: How to Mount Projector Onto Ceiling?
Remove the 4 footpads on the bottom, you can find the ceiling mount holes underneath. M4 or M5 size screws will fit in this holes.
Q15: How to Do Wireless Screen Mirroring?

Due to copyright protection, currently all LCD projectors on the market does not support wireless mirror or wireless cast paid contents from Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu or any other similar streaming service to projector.
Q16: How to Maintain The Projector?
Make sure that there is enough space around the projector to dissipate heat. Do not place the projector in a closed cabinet or case,which will lead to overheating. Please clean the Air Filter once a month to remove the dust and ensure effective heat dissipation. You can also contact us to get a replacement Air Filter as spare.
