1. What do I do if my unit shows no power when switched on?
   • Check the connection to the power outlet is secure.
   • Check the connection on the wall socket is switched on.
   • Check the remote control is fitted with batteries.

2. My unit is blowing cool air and not warm air.

3. The unit does not cool the room.
