Product Information

The Seat Track Assembly is a package that includes the following components:

• 2 Seat Tracks (1 with lever, 1 without lever)
• 4 5/16 Machine Screws
• 4 5/16 Star Washers
• 4 5/16 Bell Washers
• 4 5/16 Nuts
• 8 5/16 Flat Washers

Please note that some of the hardware may not be required depending on the variance of the seat.

Product Usage Instructions

Typical Chair Mount

To assemble the seat track assembly, follow these steps:

1. Place the frame of the chair on a flat surface.
2. Attach the seat tracks to the frame using the provided 5/16 Machine Screws, 5/16 Star Washers, 5/16 Bell Washers, and 5/16 Nuts. Ensure that the seat tracks are 7/8 inches tall and have a center-to-center distance of 1-1/4 inches.
3. Position the seat track studs on the chair seat, ensuring they are 11 inches apart from center to center.
4. Attach the seat to the seat tracks using the provided hardware: 5/16 Stud Flat Washers, 5/16 Nuts, 5/16 Flat Washers, 5/16 Bell Washers, and 5/16 Star Washers. Make sure to align the seat properly.

Typical Seat with Threaded Inserts (Plastic/Resin Seat)

To attach a seat with threaded inserts to the seat tracks, follow these steps:

1. Place the frame of the chair on a flat surface.
2. Attach the seat tracks to the frame using the provided 5/16 Machine Screws, 5/16 Star Washers, 5/16 Bell Washers, and 5/16 Nuts. Ensure that the seat tracks are 7/8 inches tall and have a center-to-center distance of 1-1/4 inches.
3. Position the seat track studs on the chair seat, ensuring they are 11 inches apart from center to center.
4. Align the threaded inserts on the seat with the seat track studs.
5. Attach the seat to the seat tracks using the provided hardware: 5/16 Stud Flat Washers, 5/16 Nuts, 5/16 Flat Washers, 5/16 Bell Washers, and 5/16 Star Washers. Make sure to tighten the hardware securely.
