IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following.

1. Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
2. DO NOT use outdoors! This appliance is for household and indoor use only.
3. This appliance should not be used by or near children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
4. Children shall not play with the appliance.
5. This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are aged 8 years and above and supervised.
8. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl, and cleaning.
9. DO NOT open the lid and be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food, processor, or blender as it can get ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
10. DO NOT try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid exposure to danger, always have the faulty cable replaced with a cable of the same type by the manufacturer, by its customer service, or by a qualified person.
11. Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the outlet before changing accessories.
12. This appliance is intended for use in households and similar applications, in clean and dry places, such as:
    • Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices, and other working environments;
    • Farm houses;
    • By clients in hotels, motels, and other residential types;
    • Bed and breakfast.

BEFORE USE

1. Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
2. Remove all packaging.
3. Place the jar on the blender base and wash the jar by following the directions in the care and cleaning section. Wash the lid and cap in warm soapy water.
   • WARNING:
   • Use extreme caution when handling the jar, the blades are very sharp.
4. Rinse, dry, and reassemble.
5. Wipe the Blender Base with a damp cloth.
   • DO NOT immerse the Blender Base in water or any other liquid.
   • DO NOT use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners on any part of the appliance.
6. DO NOT place the jar or parts in the dishwasher to clean. DO NOT place in the disinfection cabinet cleaning.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Manual panel Version:
2. Power Switch – The On/Off switch controls power to the machine
3. Variable Speed Dial – The Variable Speed Dial gives you manual control from Variable 1 (slowest) to 15 (highest).
4. Pulse – Allows short controlled bursts of operation. Press down and hold to operate. To Stop operation, release the switch.

WARNING:

• This machine is limited to working for 3 minutes each time.
• To Avoid Possible Burns, Never Start on Speeds Above 1 when Processing Hot Liquids in a Large Container.
• Escaping steam, splashes, or contents may burn. Always start on Variable 1, then slowly increase to 15.
• To avoid damage or personal injury, DO NOT use the cups (including the blade base or lids) in the microwave.

Intelligent Operation

General Use

1. Place the Blender on a level surface indoors.
2. Add ingredients to the Jar and put the Lid securely into place. Then put the Filler Cap in its position by pushing it down firmly into the Lid. Always use both the Lid and the Filler Cap when blending, unless the tamper is inserted through the Filler Cap.
3. Set the Variable Speed Control to LOW and turn on the Blender. Slowly increase the speed dial as required. Let the Blender run until the desired consistency has been reached.
4. Due to the high power and speed of this item, processing times are much quicker than standard ones. Be aware of the processing time until you are accustomed to the machine, just to avoid over-processing.
5. When blending has been completed, turn the Power Switch to the OFF position.

Unplug the power cable from the wall socket and remove the Blender Jar.

1. Load your container according to your recipe ( liquids first, then dry goods, fruit&veggies.
2. Finally ice and frozen or solid ingredients.
   • The Jar should not be more than 2/3 full.
3. Put the Jar/container onto the base, and ensure one of the four pins is fixed to the guide hole.
4. Drop the handle to close the cover. To remove the upper cover, just gently spread the sides of the door over the round hinges and remove.
5. Always use your tamper to process thicker mixtures and keep ingredients moving around and through the blade.
6. Always use the Pulse function before powering on if you need to crush ice or solid ingredient(s).

• DO NOT operate the Blender without the Lid securely in position.
• No warranty is valid with dishwasher use.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always unplug the blender from the power source before cleaning.
2. Clean the machine and relative parts after use.
3. The outer case can be wiped with a damp cloth.
4. Clean the jar every time after use. Do not use abrasives or stiff brushes to clean the blender base or blender jar as this will make them dull and/or scratch them.
5. There will be some sediment attached to the blades after use. This will affect the blades so please ensure they are cleaned for optimum performance.
6. Make sure the machine is clean and dry before you store it away.
7. Please unplug the machine when not in use for long periods of time and keep the machine away from dust, insects, and moisture.
8. DO NOT CLEAN THE BLENDER JAR AND LID IN THE DISHWASHER.

WARRANTY

1. If maintenance is required, you must return the machine to your local distributor.
2. From the day of purchase, the warranty period is 12 months under the correct use.
3. All rubbers, bearings, blades &jar assemblies are consumable parts and are not covered under the warranty.
4. After-sales service will not be provided if non-original parts have been used.
5. During the warranty period, repairs will be charged under the following situations:
6. Any damage or problem due to improper operation or usage not in accordance with the user manual.
7. Any damage or problem due to disassembly and repair by alternative parties.
8. Any damage or problem due to natural disasters.
9. Liquid damage to the internal components of the unit.

TROUBLESHOOTING

b. The unit has overheated or overloaded. Unplug it and wait approximately 15 minutes before using it again.

The blender is burning or comes out a strong strong| For the first few uses there may be a slight burning smell with a high-speed blender. After 1-3 months use the strong smell will subside.
The smell didn’t go away or come back again| a. Smell may come back when running at High speed for a long time or blending thicker food.

Leaking from the bottom of Container/Jar| a. The gear is worn, please replace your blades with new ones.

b. Replace your blades every 6 months for optimal performance.

Liquid is spilling out from the top| Reduce the amount of ingredients and make sure the Lid and Filling Cap are securely in place.
Noise is loud or unusual vibration| a. Check if the Container/Jar is properly placed on the Pad or if there is an unnecessary object.

b. Check if the soundproof cover is properly installed.

Food is unevenly blended| Reduce the amount of ingredients in the container. Ensure all ingredients are cut approximately the same size.
Food is blended too fine or too watery| The food has been over-processed. Use Pulse Switch for controlled processing.
Cannot achieve snow from solid ice| a.  Do not use ice that has been sitting out or has started to melt. Use ice straight from the freezer.

b. Start with a few pulses and then go to a continuous blending cycle.

Prolonging the service life of machine| a.  Make sure nothing is blocking the air vents under the Blender base.

b. Use the Tamper to ease the blending of thick mixtures.

c. Do not operate the Blender for more than 5 consecutive minutes.

d.  Follow tested recipes.
