Common Problem

1. The sound card doesn’t work after the first or several uses
   Answer : Please charge the sound card first, it is recommended to charge it more than 4 hours for the first time. All the products have been strictly tested and must work. It can be used for about 6-8 hours after a full charge.

2. I can’t hear any sound, how to solve it
   Answer : First, make sure that all volume is turned on to maximum (especially “monitor” and “microphone”). Secondly, it is equipped with a microphone but no headphones. You need to prepare a headset or external device with a 3.5mm jack. please connect to the “speaker” jack.

3. Volume on the microphone is extremely low

4. It has Echo when used
   Answer : This is the sound mixing function of the sound card, you can turn the “echo” knob to the lowest.

5. How to connect this live sound card to Bluetooth

6. There is electric noise after plugging in the earphones
