How To Use

AUX/ 3.5mm Audio Out

If the headphone lights GREEN, please press era MIC button, let it turn to BLUE. If the headphone flashes BLUE, please follow“ 6. Re-Pair Step” to re- pair the item.)
If no sound, please check the TV setting, refer to “4. TV setting”

RCA AUDIO OUT (Red/White ports labeled “AUDIO OUT”)

Phone-Test
If no sound although connect via 3 different ways, please follow “3.1 AUX/ 3.5mm Audio Out ” to connect Smartphone via 3.5mm cable to test the item.

Re-Pair Step

Sound Balance
For people with hearing problem on only one side.

Hearing aids (Don’ t need transmitter.)
This function is for daily hearing, help the elderly and the hearing impaired improve their hearing.

Note: In this mode, it will amplify all sound around you.
When using to watch TV, please press one more time let it change to watching TV mode, the LED lights BLUE.

SPECIFICATIONS

Wireless transmission will generate electromagnetic signal which may interfere the heart pacemaker or other medical instruments properly function. Please follow your doctor’s instruction.

Troubleshooting

1. The sound is noisy, or no sound in the headphones.

2. Whether you plug the cable into AUDIO IN jack. Please plug into AUDIO OUT iack.

3. Whether the cable is fully inserted, there will be noise if it is loose.

4. Keep the transmitter far away from other wireless devices, such as routers, TV.

5. Surrounding sounds loudly, even heard my heartbeat.
   In this case, you can see the headphone’s LED lights GREEN. It’s hearing-aid mode that will amplify all sound even your heartbeat and breath. Please press MIC once, the LED changes to BLUE, headphone switches to watching TV mode.

6. Only one side can hear sound.
   Please check the status of sound balance button. Turn to L, left sound will be louder and right sound will weaken. Turn to R, right sound louder. The normal reason for this problem is that the 3.5mm cable is connected to the Audio & Video jack on the TV, it can only output one channel. Then can connect with RCA cable.

7. This headset will automatically shut down.
   with no audio input or audio sound is too weak for 5 minutes, the  headset will automatically enter the power saving mode, you need to re-open the audio and restart the headset if use it again.
