If not, please go the “App Store” to find and download the correct “Files” app. Please make sure you got the correct “Files” app by Apple.

And reopen the “Files” app,share the video to the nPlayer Lite app for
playback.

- If your iPhone/iPad does not respond or cannot recognize data after inserting the SD card, please try to format this SD card into ExFat, Fat32.
Please make sure to back up SD card data in advance for sake of data loss during formatting process.
