USAGE INSTRUCTION

  1. Plug the charger into a wall outlet.
  2. Plug the charging cable into the output port of the charger, and then connect another end of the cable to your device. You may refer to your device to check the charging status.
  3. When the charging is completed, unplug the charging cable from the electronic device and charger, then unplug the charger from the wall outlet.

TROUBLE SHOOTINGS

Why USB-A / Type-C port is not working
Possible reason
The Charger is not completely plugged into the AC wall outlet.
Solution: Reconnect the charger to the AC wall outlet again.

Possible reason
The total current of the attached electronic devices exceeds the USB-A/ Type-C total output.
Solution: Disconnect some of your electronic devices.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

This product is covered by a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed.  Warranty is limited to the core product. Accessories included in the package are not covered under warranty.
