IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

DANGER
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS HEATER.

DO NOT cover or block the heater in any manner.

This heater is hot when in use.
To avoid burns, DO NOT let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving this heater.

Always plug directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury to persons, and hyperthermia, including the following:

NTENDED USE

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  • For dry areas only. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
  • Use this heater only for intended household purposes as described in this User Manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

ELECTRICITY SAFETY

  • This appliance must be provided with correct voltage via a professionally installed power socket. Make sure the voltage indicated on the label of the appliance is the same as your local supply.
  • DO NOT use the heater with a damaged cord or plug. Do not use if it is dropped or has visible signs of damage. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons.
  • This heater draws up to 1500W of power. To prevent overloading of the electrical circuit, do not plug into a circuit with other appliances already connected.
  • IMPORTANT – This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to rig this safety feature.

RELATED TO USE

  • DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of the appliance. No user serviceable parts inside. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.
  • DO NOT run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.
  • A heater has hot or arcing or sparking parts inside. DO NOT use it in areas where gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.
  • To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  • DO NOT touch or hold the mains plug with wet hands.
  • DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, fire or damage to the heater.
  • To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyperthermia: DO NOT leave the heater running unattended in a confined space around infants, or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
  • Always place and use the heater on a horizontal and stable surface.
  • Always unplug the heater before cleaning, making any repairs or servicing, or whenever not in use. To disconnect the heater, turn it off, then remove the plug from the outlet.
  • It is normal that there is a trace of smoke or odor when using it for the first time. It will quickly evaporate and should not re-occur.
  • Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
  • DO NOT use outdoors.
  • Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body temperature, headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid pulse.
  • If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia, tum off the heater and seek medical attention.

KNOWING YOUR HEATER

Make sure that the heater is placed upright on a firm, level surface free from obstructions, and at least 3ft. (0.9m) away from any wall or combustible material.

Control Panel


Power ON/OFF

  • Press once to turn ON, will light up.
  • Once the heater is turned on for the first time, it will run under 95°F and HI mode by default.
  • Press once again to turn OFF with 15s countdown delay.


Heating Mode

With the heater on, press to cycle through HI (High) > LO (Low) > ECO modes.
ECO Mode
Once ECO mode is turned on, the heater will automatically adjust the heating mode (HI/LO) or turn off based on the ambient temperature.


Night Light

With the heater on, press to turn on or turn off the night light.
Resetting
With the heater on, hold for 3s to restore to factory settings.

Function Icon
Temperature Setting

  • With the heater on, press or hold to adjust the temperature (41-95°F) or cancel temperature setting(–).
  • Once the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop heating. It will start again when the temp drops below the set one.

°F / °C Conversion
With the heater on, hold + and – simultaneously for 2s to convert from °F to °C or from °C to °F.


Sleep Mode

  • With the heater on, press to turn on or cancel Sleep mode.
  • Once Sleep mode is turned on, beeps will be muted. If no operation is done within 5s, only Sleep indicator will stay on the display.

Auto Display OFF
With the heater on, hold for 3s to turn on or cancel 60s Auto Display OFF.


Auto OFF Timer

  • With the heater on, press repeatedly to set a time (01-12h) to turn off automatically.
  • To cancel, hold for 3s, or set timer to 00, or turn the heater off.


Oscillation

With the heater on, press to start/stop oscillating.

Additional Features


Tip-Over Protection

  • When the heater is tipped over, it will shut off automatically with 10 beeps and P4 on display.
  • Place the heater back on a flat, level surface and remain upright before turning it on again.


Overheat Protection

  • When the ambient temperature is above 122°F, the heater will stop heating with and FF on display.
  • Unplug and wait for the heater to cool down before turning it on again.


24-Hour Auto Power OFF

After 24 hours of continuous use without any other operation, the heater will turn off (standby mode)automatically. Press the Power button to turn it on again if needed.


60s Auto Display OFF

If no operation is done within 60s after turned on, the display will turn off automatically. Press any button to wake the display up.


Memory Function

If power is not disconnected, it will always remember your last settings (except timer) when turned back on.

Using with Remote Control

  • Remove the plastic tab underneath battery before use.
  • For added convenience, the same control buttons can be found on the remote control.

Installing & Replacing Batteries 

  • Replace with new battery of the same type (CR2032, 3V) when necessary.
  • When not using the remote control for extended period of time, take out the battery.
  1. Pinch the locking tab in and then hold to pull the battery compartment out.
  2. Replace the battery with the same type, making sure the (+) side facing up.
  3. Push in the compartment until securely locked into place.

WARNING:
Chemical Burn Hazard. Keep batteries away from children.

This product contains a lithium button/coin cell battery. If a new or used lithium button/coin cell battery is swallowed or enters the body, it can cause severe internal burns and can lead to death in as little as 2 hours. Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep it away from children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
The cells shall be disposed of properly, including keeping them away from children. Even used cells may cause injury.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Always make sure the heater is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • DO NOT clean with abrasive chemicals, cleaning agents or solvents.
  • Never immerse in water or allow water to drip into the motor housing.

Cleaning

  • Turn the heater OFF, unplug and wait for it to cool down.
  • Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly moist cloth to remove any dirt or dust.
  • Clean dust between the grills with a vacuum cleaner or air duster.

Storage

  • When not in use for an extended period of time, clean as instructed.
  • Cover and store in a cool, dry location with cord arranged away from traffic areas to avoid trip-over.

Error code P4 on display.| Tip-over protection has been triggered. Place the heater back on a flat, level surface and remain upright before turning it on again.
Error code FF on display.|

  • When the ambient temperature is above 122°F, the heater will stop heating with beeps and FF on display.
  • Unplug and wait for the heater to cool down before turning it on again.

Other error codes on display.|

  • E1 – Temperature sensor open circuit.
  • E6 – Motor not working or other error.
  • When the error code appears, the heater will stop working with beeps. Unplug the heater and contact our Customer Support for help.

Heater does not start|

  • Check if the heater is properly connected to a powered electrical outlet and the voltage indicated is the same as your local supply.
  • Make sure the temperature you set is higher than the ambient temperature.
  • Make sure that the heater is placed upright on a firm, level surface.

Heater stops heating suddenly.|

  • When the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop heating. It will resume working when the ambient temp is lower than the set one.
  • Check if you have enabled Auto OFF timer. Press the power button to turn it on again.
  • The heater is tipped over and shuts off automatically. Place it back on a flat, level surface and remain upright. Then turn it on again.
  • Overheat protection has been triggered. Unplug and check for other possible causes. Wait for the heater to cool down and turn it on again.
  • The heater will turn off automatically after 24 hours of continuous use. Press the Power button to turn it on again if needed.

Remote control does not work.|

  • Make sure the heater is connected to a powered electrical outlet.
  • Check if the battery in remote control is enough in power.
  • Remove the obstacles between the heater and the remote. Effective distance: 5m.

The warranty will not apply in cases of:

  • Misuse, dismantling, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Any appliance that has been tampered with or used for commercial purpose.
  • Use of force, natural hazards, damage caused by external influences.
  • Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the instructions.
  • Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
  • Defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or alteration to the product or any of its parts that have been performed by unauthorized personnel.

We can only provide after-sales service for products that are sold by Oraimo or Oraimo authorized retailers and distributors. If you have purchased your appliance from a different place, please contact your seller for return and warranty issues.
