How to use this camera in BlueIris?
Before your start: Please follow the Quick Start Guide/User Manual to access the PTZ camera via ConfigTool.
- Download the latest camera firmware, Firmware download address: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WwXZxMeg20lyWh9fGvWmcYB6jlXEASs2/view?usp=sharing
- Upgrade the camera. Open ConfigTool and find the PTZ camera, then click Web or Enter the IP address of camera and log in
Click Setting-System-Update, then select the downloaded camera software in step 1 and click Update as this following picture.
- Open Blue Iris software and enter the IP address of the camera in Network camera configuration, enter the account name and password of the camera, then select the Dahua protocol, and change the Discovery/ONVIF port to 80, then Click OK (Then a pop-up window called New camera will pop up, click OK)
At this time, there is already a video screen
- Right click on the camera settings to enter the page and click PTZ/Control, chooses Dahua New V4 in the Newwork IP and click **OK.
