General Safety Regulations
This machine may only be used for the purpose for which it was designed and intended. The manufacturer and supplier are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use.
- This is a commercial product and must only be used by a trained professional who has read and fully understands this manual. It must not be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities.
- The device is to be used indoors only.
- WARNING! Keep the machine and electrical plug away from water and other liquids. If either is exposed to a liquid, immediately disconnect the power supply and have the machine checked by a certified technician. Not following these instructions may cause electric shock, or even death.
- Do not use the machine after it has fallen or is damaged in any other way. Have it checked and repaired by a certified technician.
- Do not move the appliance while operational.
- Never try to move or carry the machine by the power cord.
- Do not place or move the machine on its side, upside-down or tilted (more than 45°).
- ATTENTION! Do not try to repair the machine yourself, unless instructed. This may void warranty or cause hazardous situations.
- Do not try to open the casing of the machine or insert any objects in the casing or openings of the machine.
- Do not use any extra devices or accessories that are not supplied along with the machine.
- Never put your hands or other body parts near the moving parts of the machine while operational.
- Always keep an eye on the machine when in use.
- Keep all packaging away from children and dispose of packaging in accordance with local, state and national regulations.
- Avoid overloading the machine.
- The electrical installation must satisfy the applicable local, state and national regulations.
- Switch off the machine before pulling the power plug out of the socket.
- Always disconnect te power supply when the machine is not in use. To pull the plug out of the socket, always pull on the plug and not on the cable.
- Do not touch the power plug with wet or damp hands.
- Keep the power cable away from operating range and do not cover the cable.
- Make sure the power cable does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep away from open fire.
- ATTENTION! As long as the power plug is in the electrical socket the machine is connected to the electric grid.
Product Specific Safety Regulations
- This machine may only be used for its intended purpose: Cooling and freezing food products
- Due to the low temperatures involved, it is recommended to use protective gloves when using this machine.
First Time Use
- Unpack and inspect your machine immediately after receipt. If there are any latent defects or damage to the machine then immediately contact your supplier. Save all packaging materials in case the machine needs to be returned or inspected by the freight carrier.
- Remove any protective film from all surfaces (if applicable).
- Read this instruction manual completely before attempting to install and operate this product. When in doubt, contact your supplier.
- If your machine is supplied with a factory fitted molded plug then you may plug the unit into a standard electrical outlet. Make sure that the voltage of the machine and the wall outlet are compatible. If your machine is not supplied with a factory fitted molded plug then a qualified electrical engineer must be contracted to wire the unit to the power supply.
- Before using the appliance for the first time, it is recommended to clean the appliance according to instructions (see chapter “Cleaning and Maintenance”).
Installation
- The machine must be positioned on a flat and stable surface.
- Choose a surface where the machine is not exposed to direct sunlight, or close to a direct source of heat such as a cooker, oven or radiator.
- When positioning the appliance, maintain a distance of 10cm (4 inches) between the appliance and walls or other objects for ventilation and ease of use.
- Position the machine in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
- Install the required parts & accessories (if applicable).
- Plug the power plug into a grounded and compatible socket.
Operation

POWER KEY
When the power supply is connected, press this key to exit standby mode. Once activated, the temperature display will show the current temperature inside the chamber. The time display will show the time value last set. Press the power key again to return to standby mode. -
SET KEY
This key is used to switch between the different parameters; temperature, time and temperature scale
(ᵒC/ᵒF). Press until the desired parameter is flashing and use the +/- key (4) to adjust the value. To change to ᵒC/ᵒF, press and hold the “set” and “-” key for 3 seconds.- Temperature range: -30ᵒC to +25ᵒC (-22ᵒF to +77ᵒF).
- Time range: 00:10 to 99:59 minutes.
While the machine is operational press this key to view the set temperature and time for the current cycle. The parameters will switch back to the actual value after 5 seconds.

START/STOP
After setting the required parameters, press the start/stop key to start operation (indicator will light up and time will start counting down). Pressing the start/stop key during an operational cycle will stop the cycle and display the current temperature inside the chamber. ATTENTION: To protect the compressor, do not stop and start the appliance in rapid succession.
NOTE: After a restart the compressor and evaporator fan will start to operate with a delay of 2 minutes and only when the temperature inside the chamber or product (when using core probe) is outside the set parameters. -
+/- KEY
Use + or – to adjust the temperature or time value. You can switch between parameters by pressing the set key (2). -
QUICK FREEZE
Shortcut key for quick freeze mode. Temperature set to -18ᵒC (0ᵒF), time set to 04:00 minutes. Select and press start/stop key (3) to initiate. -
RAPID COOLING
Shortcut key for rapid cooling mode. Temperature set to +3ᵒC (+38ᵒF), time set to 01:30 minutes. Select and press start/stop key (3) to initiate.
NOTE: After a cooling program has ended, the appliance will enter preservation mode. This will keep the product at set temperature. However, it is not recommended to store food inside the appliance for a long period. -
CORE TEMPERATURE PROBE
When the appliance is switched off, remove the socket cover inside the chamber and plug the probe into the socket (if not using the probe, please keep the socket covered). Insert the probe into the center of your product and press this key to measure the core temperature. The core temperature will be displayed and the probe icon will light up. Press again to switch back to temperature inside the chamber.
NOTE: For accurate measurements, make sure the tip section (A) of the probe is inserted into the center of the product. -
DEEP FREEZE
During normal operation the appliance runs at target temperature inside the chamber only. When deep freeze mode is activated the appliance will operate to achieve the target temperature inside the core of the product (use of probe required). Press this key before you press the start/stop key (3) to activate. The deep freeze icon will light up. Then press start/stop key to start the cooling cycle. -
DEFROST
Press to activate defrost function. The defrost indicator will light up. The defrost process is completed when the indicator switches off. -
TEMPERATURE DISPLAY
This screen displays the temperature value. -
TIME DISPLAY
This screen displays the time value.
Tips & Tricks
- Before use, run empty machine on lowest temperature for 20 minutes to achieve faster and better cooling.
- Arrange your food properly so that it does not block airflow inside the chamber.
- Try to avoid stacking your product as much as possible.
- Do not use materials that become brittle when frozen or that can stick to the product.
- Do not cover, wrap or place the product in a closed/deep (65mm) container.
- Do not place hot or warm products inside the appliance when not operational or during preservation mode.
- Avoid opening the door during an operational cycle.
- Remove the product after a cooling cycle and store correctly.
- When not in use, switch off the machine using the power key (1).
- Clean the appliance after use (see chapter “Cleaning and Maintenance”).
- If the appliance will not be used for a longer period, please remove the power plug from the main socket
Troubleshooting
The follow overview will help you understand possible problems. However, only qualified technicians should attempt to open or repair the machine. Contact your supplier when in doubt.

Check wiring and contact supplier.
Press and hold + and – key simultaneously for 3 seconds to restore factory default settings. The temperature and time display wil both show display “rS” code and then the appliance shuts down automatically. Restart the appliance normally and check if error has disappeared. If this does not solve the issue, contact you supplier.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Maintenance and repairs should only be done by a certified technician.
- Regularly check and clean the appliance, its parts and accessories (if applicable).
- Always switch off and disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
- Make sure the condensor and air vents are clean and unblocked.
- Regularly check the power plug and power cable for damage. If either is damaged do not use the appliance. Instead, have it repaired by a certified electrical engineer.
- Clean the appliance at “room” temperarture. Do not clean when still cold or frozen.
- ATTENTION! Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use solvents or petrol based cleaning agents. Some cleaning agents may leave harmful residues or cause damage to the machine. Use a food safe detergent instead.
- ATTENTION! Do not use any scourer and sharp or pointed objects during cleaning, this may cause damage to the machine. Use a wooden or plastic scraper if required.
- ATTENTION! Never hose down the machine or immerse it in water or any other liquid, instead wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use a steamer to clean the appliance
- ATTENTION! Never let the power cable or power plug get wet or damp.
- Clean non-electrical parts and accessories using a brush and warm soapy water (do not clean in dishwasher). Rinse under tap to remove soap residue. Whipe down the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Always dry the appliance, parts and accessories after cleaning using a soft cloth.
Storage
- Make sure the appliance empty and cleaned properly before storage.
- Keep the door slightly open for ventilation and to avoid mold and bad odors.
- Coil up the power cable and put it away.
- Store in a cool and dry place.
Discarding
When discarding the appliance, do so in compliance with local, state and
national regulations.
Guarantee
Thank you for using our products, our company will follow related provisions
from our “Algemene Voorwaarden”, and provide you services when you can show us
the invoice.
We provide 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (invoice date). In the
warranty period, our company is responsible for free parts if there is a
device fault or quality problem of spare parts under correct operation.
The following is not included in the free service:
- Damages result from transportation, installation, improper connections.
- Component damages caused by failing to provide power and voltage as required in technical data.
- Damages caused by disassembling products, adjust or change the mechanical and electrical structures without permission.
- Damage caused by improper operation, cleaning and maintenance.
- Non-man-made damage, such as damages from abnormal voltage, fire, building collapse, lightning, floods and other natural disasters, and damages from rats and other pests.
- Failure in following the manual when operating.
- Wearable and expendable parts.
- Altered invoice or without invoice.
