  1. How to check device status and settings in Web GUI?
    1. Login Web GUI.
    2. Go to Device Information , you will see device status.
    3. Go to Setting , you will see setting configuration page.

  2. How to Change SSID or password ?
    1. Login Web GUI.
    2. Go to Setting > WLAN > WLAN Basic Settings.
    3. Config SSID and password.
    4. Click Apply Button.
    5. WiFi will restart.

  3. Why is the usage time provided by the battery become short ?
    1. The usage time will become short when using it in poor signal place.
    2. When more WiFi client connected to device and continue downloading the usage time will become short also.

  4. What to do if power does not turn on?
    1. Check whether the battery work properly.
    2. Plug in USB port or Plug in adapter charge.
    3. Long press the power button for 3 seconds.

  5. What to do if cannot charge?
    1. Check whether the charger and usb cable work properly. Suggest use the original charger and usb cable.
    2. Check whether temperature is too high and battery LED is blinking.
    3. Take out the battery if the device is not used for long time.

  6. What to do if terminal becomes hot while operating or charging?
    1. The device will become hot where the signal is poor, please move to good signal place.
    2. During charging battery process, device will become a lite hot, the maximum temperature of the battery is 60 degrees.

  7. What to do if the power turns off or restarts automatically?
    1. Keep the machine dry and re-install the battery.
    2. Keep away from the high temperature environment ( < 60℃)

  8. What to do if the Micro USIM is not recognized / SIM Slot broken?
    1. Confirm that SIM card is not damaged.
    2. Confirm that the card is inserted correctly.

  9. What to do if terminal cannot connect to device by WiFi ?
    1. Login Web GUI.
    2. Confirm that the WiFi password is correct.
    3. Confirm that the terminal MAC address is not in blacklist in MAC Filter
    4. Restart device.

  10. What to do if device stopped working suddenly?
    1. Confirm the balance is enough.
    2. Take out battery and check whether it work properly or not
    3. Plug in battery, restart the device.
    4. Keep away from the high temperature environment ( <60 ℃).

  11. What to do if internet connection speed decreased suddenly?
    1. Check the LTE signal LED, if it show blue or red, move to good signal place.
    2. Confirm there is no other interference.
    3. Restart device.

  12. What to do if back cover is not fitting properly ?
    1. Confirm back cover belongs to AMF-311W.
    2. The USB logo on the back cover alignment USB port.

  13. What to do if can’t find right Wi-Fi AP / SSID / Password?
    1. Login Web GUI.
    2. Go to Setting > WLAN > WLAN Basic Settings , confirm SSID broadcast / WiFi Module is enable.
    3. Make sure to input correct password.
    4. Restart device.

  14. What to do if can’t make USB connection with PC?
    1. Disable Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) connection on PC.
    2. Re-plug device.
    3. Check the RINDS is enable and confirm IP is assign successfully.
    4. Try to restart PC or restart the device.

  15. What to do if can’t use internet through USB / WiFi?
    1. Check terminal have been assign the IP successfully.
    2. Confirm whether the SIM card insert properly.
    3. Confirm the SIM card is valid.
    4. Confirm the balance is enough.

  16. What to do if battery can’t be fully charged?
    Please make sure charge device by charger that can provide 1A charging, if it is replaced by USB PC charge, charging current is only 500 mA.

  17. What to do if WiFi connection lost frequently ?
    1. Login Web GUI.
    2. Go to Setting > WLAN> Channel Mode > Manual > 11.
    3. Click APPLY Button.

  18. Signal Strength LED is blinking and LTE status was shown as “Invalid SIM” on the Web GUI
    1. Re-insert SIM card
    2. Make sure the SIM card is from operator.

  19. What to do if WPS doesn’t work ?
    1. Login Web GUI.
    2. Go to Setting > WLAN >WPS Settings > Enable WPS.
    3. Click APPLY Button.
    4. WiFi will restart.

  20. What’s the range of the Wi-Fi supported?
    It can support around 40-50 meters in non-obstruction outdoor condition.

  21. How many users can access simultaneously?
    It can support 32 user (31 Wi-Fi users and 1 usb user) simultaneously.

  22.   What to be done when forget the WiFi Key?
    Long press Reset button in power on condition for 1 second and Wi-Fi settings will be restored to factory defaults.

  23. Can modem and Wi-Fi work simultaneously?
    Yes modem and Wi-Fi can work simultaneously.

  24. What to do if cannot login Web management Page?
    1. Disconnect other network connections, such as an Ethernet or Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) connection.
    2. Clear the cookies and caches of IE browsers.
    3. Close all IE browsers and Open again.
    4. Check the name and password of admin is correct.
    5. Remove and then insert the AMF-311W, or restart the computer.

  25. What to do if WiFi Disk doesn’t work ?
    1. Confirm whether the SD card is inserted correctly.
    2. Confirm whether the SD card work properly.
    3. Confirm which mode the Storage settings are. Go to Setting > System > SD Card Settings.
