Product Usage Instructions

Quick Start Assembly:

The first use may have an odor, which is a normal phenomenon. The odor will reduce with increased usage frequency until it disappears.

Installation Notes:
Please ensure that the unit is unplugged and the knob is turned to the OFF setting before assembling the machine.

1. Position the squeezing bowl on the power base, aligning the spouts and the axle.
2. Push the squeezing auger firmly into the center of the bowl, ensuring it touches the bottom.
3. Position the feeding cup on the bowl, aligning and twisting it clockwise until it clicks into the safety lock. Ensure that the arrow on the cover aligns with the lock graphic on the bowl.
4. Place the juice container and pulp container under the relevant spouts.

Operation instruction:

Note:
Please do not use the juicer continuously for longer than 20 minutes.

Open & Close of Juice Spout Cover:
During the juicing process, you can keep the drip-stop cover closed until the juice is full in the juicing bowl.

Useful Tips:
If the feeding cup is not locked properly, the juicer will not start.

Benefits of Drip-stop Cover:

1. To stop dripping at the end of juicing.
2. To mix the juice with different fruits and vegetables.

Usage Tips:

1. Remove hard pits or seeds before pressing to prevent possible damage to the squeezing screw.
2. If making mixed juices, start with harder fruit and then squeeze the soft fruit.
3. Let the juicer run for 30 seconds after the last ingredient is fed.

Attention:
The juicer is not suitable for juicing very hard or fibrous and starchy fruits or vegetables, such as sugar cane. Some fruits contain too much starch to juice, for example, avocado, bananas, figs, mango, papaya, dragon fruit, strawberry, grape without seeds, etc. They may clog up the stainless steel sieve.

Disassembling Method:

Note:
If the juicer overheats, it will turn off automatically to protect the machine. In this case, please turn off the juicer, wait for 1 hour to let it cool down, and then turn it on again. To disassemble the unit after use and before cleaning, please follow the steps below:

1. Remove the Juice and pulp containers.
2. Remove the feeding cup. Turn the chute anti-clockwise until it aligns with the sign.
3. Remove the squeezing auger by pulling it out upward. If it is very hard, swing gently and pull.
4. Remove the squeezing bowl by lifting it upward vertically.

PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE USE

1. DO NOT PLUG IN OR UNPLUG WITH WET HANDS.
   It may cause an electric shock or an injury.

5. NEVER ALTER THE APPLIANCE. ALSO, DO NOT DISASSEMBLE OR REPAIR BY YOURSELF. DO NOT INSERT FINGERS, FOREIGN SUBSTANCES OR OBJECTS SUCH AS PINS INTO GAPS OR HOLES IN THE BASE.

6. DO NOT MOISTEN THE BASE OR SPLASH WATER ON THE BASE.
   Be careful not to let any liquids or other substances get into the switch on the appliance. DO NOT OPERATE THE SWITCH WITH WET HANDS.It may cause electric shock or a fire.

7. WHEN THE POWER CORD, WIRE IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED OR THE PLUG-IN PART BECOMES LOOSE, DO NOT OPERATE IT.
   It may cause an electric shock, a fire or an injury

8. FOR SAFETY, MUST DO GROUND CONNECTION.DO NOT DO THE GROUNDING ON GAS PIPE, PLASTIC WATER PIPE, TELEPHONE WIRE,ETC.
   It could cause an electric shock, a fire, or a malfunction and an explosion.Be sure to use the socket with ground connection.

9. NEVER DISASSEMBLE BOWL SET DURING OPERATION OR INSERT FINGERS,FOREIGN OBJECTS SUCH AS FORKS,SPOONS ETC. INTO FEEDING TUBE OR JUICE OUTLET.

   • It may cause an injury, an accident or a failure.
   • Never replace the spiral pusher with any other objects or have eyes get close to the feed port, otherwise accidents may happen.

10. THIS APPLIANCE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS (INCLUDING CHILDREN) WITH REDUCED PHYSICAL, SENSORY OR MENTAL CAPABILITIES,OR LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE, UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN SUPERVISION OR INSTRUCTION CONCERNING USE OF THE APPLIANCE BY A PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SAFETY.

    • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
    • Children are not allowed to clean and perform user maintenance without supervision.

11. DO NOT OPERATE WITHOUT LOCKING THE HOPPER PROPERLY.
    It may cause an injury or a failure.

12. IF A GAS LEAK IS DETECTED, DO NOT PLUG IN THE APPLIANCE’S POWER CORD INTO A POWER OUTLET. IMMEDIATELY VENTILATE THE ROOM BY OPENING A WINDOW, AND ALLOW TO FULLY VENTILATE BEFORE PLUGGING IN THE APPLIANCE.
    It may cause an injury or a failure.

13. IF SCREW ROTATION IS STOPPED IN NORMAL OPERATION, PRESS [R] BUTTON AND HOLD FOR 3 SECONDS AND THEN AFTER REVERSE OPERATION IS COMPLETELY STOPPED, PRESS [ON] BUTTON AGAIN.
    If such a stop event continues during the operation, the parts may be damaged and performance may be deteriorated due to overheating in a motor. When the problem continues, immediately stop the appliance and contact the local Customer Care Center.

15. Before use, please check if the power cord, the plug, the juice strainer, the spiral pusher and any other part is damaged. If any of the said part is damaged, stop using the appliance and contact our customer service department promptly. Do not dismantle and repair it by yourself, otherwise dangers may happen.

16. It is necessary before connecting the power supply to ensure that the juicing body, the spiral pusher, the juicing body cap and all other dismountable parts are properly installed.

17. Cut food ingredients into small blocks with sizes fitting the feed port of the juicing body. Do not begin to process any vegetables or fruits with cores, hard seeds or thick skin or shells until the cores, hard seeds or thick skin or shells are removed.

18. When feeding a food ingredient, do not make the pushing force too large but have it just enough to cut the food ingredient.

19. Dyeing of the juice strainer, the juicing body cap, the spiral pusher and other accessories after juicing of some vegetables or fruits is normal and will neither affect food eating nor do harm to health.

20. If the appliance has current limiting protection or its motor is locked and stops automatically and cannot reverse automatically, then press the “ON” button of the power switch to discharge the food ingredients in the appliance and finally press the “R” button of the power switch for normal use of the appliance. If the motor is still locked, it is suggested to remove the food ingredients in the spiral pusher before continue to use the appliance. This measure can protect the motor.

21. Do not dismantle the dismountable parts of the appliance immediately after use but after both the motor and the spiral pusher have stopped and the power supply is disconnected.

22. Do not sterilize any accessories of the appliance with hot water with a temperature higher than 80 °C or a microwave oven, otherwise they may heated, deformed and damaged. The materials of all parts in contact with food ingredients should comply with food hygiene certification and be clean, hygeian and reliable.

23. Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, abrasive cleaning agents or corrosive liquids (such as gasoline or acetone).

24. The appliance is applicable to use by individuals or families only.

25. Accessories, other than those supplied with the appliance, include instructions for their safe use.

26. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

27. Hazards or unsafe practices could result in minor personal injury or appliance damage. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

Operation instruction

1. Connect the unit with power.
2. Check and make sure all parts are well assembled in correct position.
3. Make sure the machine is at “OFF” position.
4. Make sure the juice and pulp containers are in position.
5. Make sure the juice spout cover is closed.
6. Prepare the fruits or vegetables and cut them into pieces max 5cm x 2cm strips or 5cm x 5cm cubes.
7. Put fruit strips/cubes into the chute.
8. Rotate the knob to right to start the juicing operation.
9. Push the food down with the pusher only.
10. In case of food stuck inside the bowl, rotate the knob to left for reverse function instantly.

NOTE:
Please do not use the juicer continuously longer than 20 minutes.

Disassembling Method

NOTE:
If the juicer gets overheated, it will turn off automatically to protect the machine. In this case, please turn the juicer off . Wait 1 hour to let the juicer cool down and then turn it on again.

To disassemble the unit after use and before cleaning. Please turn the juicer to “OFF” position and disconnect the juicer from power source.

Then, please follow the steps below:

Cleaning & Maintenance

IMPORTANT:
Please wash the juicing parts every time immediately after each used, otherwise the pulp might stick tightly in juicing bowl & squeezing auger which will then affect the disassembly, cleaning and juicing performance.

1. Switch off and unplug the juicer.

2. Wash the disassembled parts with water. If the meshes are clogged with pulp, please use the provided cleaning brush to remove the dregs.
   Attention:

   • Do not use iron wire brush, abrasive or sharp object tool to clean the unit.
   • Please do not use water above 40°C/104°F.
   • Do not put in the dishwasher.

3. In case there is any residues remained in the mouth of the pulp spout, please pull out the silicone valve as shown in (Fig 1) below and clean under running water.
   Press the silicone valve to close it property and tightly after cleaning.

4. To clean the seal ring in the center of the squeezing bowl, please follow the steps as below :

   • Turn the squeezing bowl upside down for easier handling, push the seal ring out with your thumb (Fig 2a) and clean it with water.
   • After cleaning, please put it back to the center hole. The small ribbed surface should face upward (Fig 2b) make sure the groove of the seal ring well fit in the squeezing bowl. c.The big flat size of the seal ring will be inside while the small and ribbed side is outside the squeezing bowl. (Fig 2c)

5. Do not put the power base into water for cleaning. Wipe it with damp cloth only.

6. After cleaning, please dry the parts thoroughly and store them in a dry, cool place.

NOTE:
Please make sure the unit and parts are dry before storing it.

STORAGE:

1. Follow cleaning instructions to well maintain the unit before storage.
2. Tidy up the power cord set.
3. Keep the unit away from children’s easy access.
4. Store the unit and the accessories at a dry, cool place.

2| The ingredient with long fiber needs to be cut down to 5-10 cm thin strips or 3 x 3 cm cubes.| Long fiber food is easy to wind and block the spout.
3| The peel and pits/seeds must be removed from oranges, lemons, grapefruit and melons before use.| The hard pit or seeds may damage the squeezing parts. The peel may block the spout of pulp.
4| Do not use other accessory as a pusher.| It may damage the juicer and cause injury.
5| Each juicing cycle not longer than 20 minutes.| Working over time may cause damage to the motor.

If the juicer stops due to continuous operation for more than 20 minutes, it needs to be turned off and cooled for 1 hour before restarting the machine.

Only Hand Wash & Easy Cleaning

1. HANDWASH OPTION:
   You can thoroughly wash parts by immersing in warm water diluted with one or two drops of baking soda or dishwashing soap for about 30 minutes.

2. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE:
   After using the juicer, remember not to put the relevant attachments of the juicer into the dishwasher for cleaning, because washing in the dishwasher will cause damage to the relevant attachments and cause the juicer to stop working.

Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid. Do not use water jet to clean the motor base.

Rotate “I” to “REV” position instantly to make the ingredients return upwards. If the machine still stops running, please clean the machine before use.
Hard fruits or vegetables have not been cut in small pieces.| Hard fruits and vegetables have not (such as carrot) shall be cut into thin strips or small cubes before putting into chute.
