Why the led of the hub does not get on when I turn on the switch?
To make the led of the corresponding usb port get on, the requirement below should be met:
- The usb device is connected to the corresponding usb port.
- There should be a data transfer between the host and the usb device.
For example, if you connect a usb pen drive to the usb port of the hub and connect the hub to the pc, the corresponding led will get on.
If you connect a fan(which require power only) to the usb port of the hub, the corresponding led will not get on.
What should I do if my wireless mouse/keyboard could not work as expected?(lag etc) Such problem might be caused by the usb 3.0 interference.
Please try to use the usb 2.0 extension cable to keep the wireless receiver away from the hub.
If this still could not help, please try to install the patch from the link
below to check if this could help. The patch is from dell, however it should
work well for host of other brands.
