2. Ensure that the signal source of the TV or monitor is switched to the corresponding HDMI interface.
3. If the HDMI monitor screen is not displayed, check the laptop’s interface functionality, try replacing the HDMI cable, and update the laptop’s graphics card driver.

Troubleshooting for USB C PD Interface

1. Note that the USB C PD port only supports one-way charging without data transfer or audio/video transmission.
2. Make sure your laptop or mobile device supports PD charging protocol and use the power adapter that came with the device to connect and charge.

Troubleshooting for USB Port

1. The USB A interface supports data transmission and power supply up to 5V3A, with a maximum limit of 1.2A per USB connection. If a USB storage device is not recognized, check the connection and compatibility with the laptop. For high-power portable hard drives, connect the PD power adapter to the USB C PD interface of the hub for stable power supply.
2. Note that the USB 2.0 port cannot power an iPhone if connected to a power supply via the USB C PD port. If power is needed, disconnect the USB C PD port first.

Trouble shooting steps

Please refer to the following troubleshooting when the HDMI interface of your hub is not working:

1. Laptop using HUB expansion interface connection need to confirm that the laptop has support for full-featured USB C interface (i.e., PD, DP protocol), the specific function of the interface is recommended to consult the laptop manufacturer.
2. When using HDMI cable to connect a monitor or TV, please make sure that the signal source of the TV or monitor has been switched to the corresponding interface.
