Product Information

The product is the HS720G drone, manufactured by Holystone. It comes with propeller A and propeller B, an HD camera, an optical flow lens, and a power switch. The drone also includes a drone battery with a battery indicator.

The product also includes a transmitter with various features. The transmitter has a takeoff/landing button, an unlock/lock button, a return to the home button, a power switch, a foldable handle, and a camera angle adjustment button. It also has left and right joysticks for controlling the drone’s movements. The transmitter has an LCD screen for displaying information and a phone holder.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Charging:

    • Use a 5V/2A charger (not included) to charge the drone.
    • The drone is fully charged when the charging is complete.
    • Use two 1.5V AA batteries (not included) for the transmitter.
  2. Getting the Drone Ready:

  3. Make sure the drone battery is inserted.

  4. Ensure the power switch is in the correct position.

  5. Getting the Transmitter Ready:

  6. Extend the phone holder fully.

  7. Pairing:

  8. Slide the power switch to the right while holding down the button to initiate auto-pairing.

  9. The transmitter emits a long beep when the pairing is successful.

  10. Connecting to Wi-Fi:

  11. Open the Ophelia FLY app.

  12. Select the Wi-Fi network named “Ophelia FLY”.

  13. Enter the default password provided in the instructions.

  14. Calibrating the Compass:

  15. Make sure the drone is on a flat surface.

  16. Press and hold the compass calibration button until it flashes yellow.

  17. Rotate the drone horizontally until the button flashes green.

  18. Wait for a solid green light to indicate a good GPS signal or a solid yellow light for a weak GPS signal.

  19. Avoid calibrating the compass in areas with strong magnetic interference.

  20. Unlocking the Motors: Ensure that there are 7 or more stars displayed on the LCD screen (indicating a good GPS signal) before unlocking and controlling the drone.

  21. Takeoff:
    Fly the drone in an open outdoor area free of surrounding obstructions.

  22. Flight Direction Control:
    Use the left joystick to control the drone’s height and orientation. Use the right joystick to control forward, backward, and lateral movements.

  23. Landing:
    Safely land the drone after the flight.

CALIBRATE THE COMPASS

  • DO NOT calibrate the compass in locations with strong magnetic interference, such as near magnets, parking lots, or construction sites with underground reinforced concrete structures.

UNLOCK THE MOTORS

  • Please make sure that you only unlock and control the drone when there are 7 stars or more displayed on the LCD screen(that is, the GPS signal is good).

TAKE-OFF

  • Please fly the drone in an open outdoor area free of surrounding obstructions.

FLIGHT DIRECTION CONTROL
