Introduction
- Thanks for choosing our product.
- This product is a smart wireless microphone that provides professional-grade recording output.
- Plug and play, no app required. It can be used in different scenes such as Live streaming, Video Recording, Interviewing, Online Teaching, etc.
- The wireless Microphone consists of two parts, one is a Microphone transmitter, and the other one is a 3-in-1 multi-function receiver. (see as below picture)

How to use
How to use Lightning/Type-C receiver
First: Plug the Lightning or Type-C receiver into the Lightning or Type-C port of the mobile phone, and the green light of the receiver flashes.
Second: Single press the power button of the mic, and the green light flashes.
Last: The green light of both receiver and microphone is always on, and pairing is successful. Open the phone camera or other APPs, microphone is ready for sound pick-up.
Special Notes:
- The for number: If the mobile phone is in low battery during live streaming, the external power supply directly charges the mobile phone through the Type-C port of the receiver.
How to use a 3.5mm receiver
- Step 1: Plug the 3.5mm connector into the 3.5 jack port of the camera, and single press the power button to power it on, and the green light flashes.
- 3.5 TRS to TRRS adapter cable (included in the package) is needed for use on phones
- Step 2: Single press the power button of the microphone to power it on, and the green light flashes.
- Step 3: The green light of both receiver and microphone is always on, and pairing is successful. The microphone is ready for sound pick-up.

Note: You can listen to the video or recording only after the receiver is unplugged from the device. Some Android phones may have incompatibility issues due to operation system limits. Please see below instruction and compatibility list.
Type-C connector compatibility issues
- If the mobile phone has OTG function, please manually turn on OTG
- Step 1: Open the phone “Settings”
- Step 2: Enter “OTG” to search
- Step 3: Open “OTG Connection”
- When connecting the receiver to an OPPO mobile phone via the USB-C adapter, it is required to set Default Recording Device to External Device as below: Settings > Sound&Vibration > Other settings > Default recorder > Add on

Q&A
- Q: Why can’t be used on Android phones?
- A: Some Android phones may have incompatibility issues due to operation system limits. Please see the instructions previously.
- Q: Why microphone can not connect with a receiver?
- A: No matter whether the indicator lights on both the microphone and receiver flash slowly or quickly, Please factory reset as per the below instructions:
- Power on the microphone and poke the reset key twice quickly with a pin, green indicator lights flash quickly
- Press the power button to power on the receiver, triple press the reset key, and green indicator lights flash quickly
- Then the microphone and receiver will pair successfully and the indicator lights will stay on.
- Q: Do the receiver and microphone need to be charged?
- A: Yes, you can use a Type-C charging cable to charge the receiver or microphone.
- Q: What should I do if there is no sound in the recorded video?
- A: Please confirm below 4 situations:
- Confirm whether the connection is successful: The indicator lights of the microphone and receiver are always on, which means the connection is successful. Only when the connection is successful can the recording sound be started?
- This microphone supports the Mute on (The blue light is on the microphone) and the Mute off (the green light is on the microphone), make sure the green indicator light of the microphone stays on when recording.
- You need to unplug the receiver from the phone to hear the sound after the recording is done
- Confirm whether the phone volume is not at 0, and adjust properly.
- Q: Does the microphone need to be charged?
- A: The microphone needs to be charged with the included Type-C charging cable when it’s running out of power. You may see blue light flashes on the microphone.
- Q: How about the sound quality of this wireless microphone?
- A: The microphone has a built-in noise reduction chip with Al Intelligent noise reduction technology to enhance your sound quality, recommended to use in noise environment. And it does support noise reduction if you need more clearer voice in a quiet environment.
- Q: Can it be used as an amplifier?
- A: It is a microphone to pick up sound only, not a loudspeaker.
