Before Connecting to Power
Prior to connecting the appliance to power, ensure that the type of power supply and mains voltage match the details specified on the rating label of the appliance.

Stepless Speed Regulator & Pulse Speed
After assembling the required parts, adjust the speed level according to your preference. For slower speed, turn the adjustment to Low level. For faster speed, turn it to High level. The pulse switch can be used for a faster speed. Stop the pulse switch to stop the motor.

Using the Knife Blade
The knife blades are versatile attachments that can be used for various food processing tasks. There are separate instructions for using the Stainless Steel Knife Blade and the Plastic Knife Blade.

For Stainless Steel Knife Blade:

  • Ensure the device is switched off and cooled down to room temperature before use.
  • Refer to the provided table for recommended food processing sizes, quantities, and processing times.
  • Adjust the speed level accordingly (Pulse or High Speed/Pulse).

For Plastic Knife Blade:

  • Do not operate the device for more than 2 minutes at a time. After this, allow the device to cool down to room temperature before further use.
  • Follow the step-by-step instructions provided to assemble the machine correctly.
  • Ensure that the bowl and lid are locked securely before operating the machine.
  • Adjust the speed level accordingly (Low Speed).

Cleaning
Refer to the cleaning instructions provided in the user manual for proper maintenance and cleaning of the appliance.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions for future reference.

  • This appliance is for household use only.
  • Never dip the machine into any liquid and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
  • Avoid children or other people who do not know the operation of this machine to use it, unless they are under proper instruction. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Always disconnect the machine from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Use only original spare parts.

STEPLESS SPEED REGULATOR AND PULSE SPEED

  • After settling down the parts you need. If you want the food processor to move slowly, turn the adjustment to the “Low” level.
  • If you need the food processor to move fast, turn the adjustment to the “High” level.
  • Use a pulse switch for a faster speed. Stop the pulse switch to stop the motor.

USING THE KNIFE BLADE

  • The 2 knife blades could be the most versatile of all the attachments.

For Stainless Steel Knife Blade:

  • Before processing, cut the food into pusher-sized pieces.
  • Not allowed to work more than 3 min. per time, after this, the device must remain switched off until it has cooled down to room temperature.
  • For coarser foods use the pulse control.

  • Follow the below flow pictured step by step to assemble the machine.
  • Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 5 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
  • In step 3, a Stainless Steel knife blade or Plastic blade could be settled, sure either blade is fixed well on the shaft.
  • After an operation, you can disassemble the machine by opposite flow and direction.
  • The lid can only be opened after the machine has come to a complete stop.

USING SLICER & JULIENNE / FRENCH FRIES POTATO JULIENNE DISC / SHRED DISC

BLADE

  • Use the Slicer Disc for cheese, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, cucumber, zucchini, beetroot, and onions.
  • Use the Julienne Disc is for firm ingredients for salads, garnishes, casseroles, and stir-fries.
  • Use the French Fried Potato Julienne Disc is for French-fried potatoes
  • Use the Shredding Disc for cheese, carrots, potatoes, and foods of a similar texture.
  • Please pay attention to the capacity line of the container. Once the food approaches the max line on the container, please stop the operation and pour out the food.
  • Switch on and push down evenly with the Pushers – never put your fingers in the feed tube.
  • Do not work for more than 3 min., after this, the device must tremain switched off until it has cooled down to room temperature.

To get the best performance, follow the below suggestions on the speed.

  • For the Julienne blade, it is suggested on low speed.
  • For the Slicer blade, it is suggested high speed
  • For French Fried Potato blade, it is suggested on high speed
  1. Follow the flow pictured step by step to assemble the machine.
  2. Ensure the bowl in step 2 and the lid in step 6 are locked well, or the machine will not work.
  3. In step 4, 4 types of blades could be settled, sure either blade is fixed well on the blade holder.
  4. After the operation, you can disassemble the machine by opposite flow and direction.
  5. Always be careful when handling the blade as they are very sharp.
  6. The lid can only be opened after the machine has come to a complete stop.

USING THE EMULSIFYING DISC

  • Do not work for more than 2 min., after this, the device must remain switched off until it has cooled down to room temperature.
  • Use for aioli, instant pudding, mayonnaise, whipping cream, whisking eggs, whites, and sponge cake mixtures.
  • For egg white whisking, please use room temperature Please ensure the bowl and emulsifying disc is dry and free from grease.
  • Clean the emulsifying disc after each use.

CLEANING

  • Before cleaning please remove the power cord from the socket.
  • Do not immerse the housing with the motor in water.
  • Do not use any abrasive detergents.
  • Please only use a damp to clean the outside of the housing.
  • Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
  • Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM EASY SOLUTION
Machine does not work *The bowl has a double safety lock, please make sure

the bottom of the bowl and the lid are both locked, otherwise the machine will not start.

  • If the motor still will not start, check the power cord and power outlet.

French Fried

Potato Julienne Disk is blocked

| Always clear any blocked potato from the chipper disc before processing more potatoes.
Some food remains on the disc after processing|
It is normal for small pieces to remain after processing.
Motor slows down when mixing dough| *  Amount of dough may exceed maximum capacity. Remove half and process in two batches.

*  Do not add more than 250g dough.


Dough is too dry

| * Running machine and add water through feed cube, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside of the processing bowl.


Dough is too wet

| Running machine and add flour through feed cube, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough cleans the inside of the processing bowl.
Motor slow down when chopping|
  Amount of ingredients may be too much. Remove half and process in two batches.

*  Before processing, cut the food into pusher size

pieces and trim the meat of fat.


Vibrates/moves during processing

| *  Clean and dry the rubber feet at the bottom of the unit.

*  Also make sure that the maximum load capacity is not being exceeded.
