Foreword
Welcome to B07, a smart watch that can monitor your health data and record
your exercise data. (The data is for reference only, not as a medical basis)

Initial Configuration
First, you need to download and install the H BAND app on the OP. The H BAND app will allow you to set up your fitness mojo, track your progress, share your progress with friends, etc. The H BAND app supports IOS 11.0 and Android 5.0+ operating systems as well as Bluetooth 5.0 and 3.0, and is compatible with over 1,50 smartphones.

Install the APP, register and login to the home page;

Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth, follow the steps below for Bluetooth connection, and agree to all settings regarding permission opening during the pairing process.
Open APP > Mine> My Devices > Not Connected > -
Click the pairing button and allow access to contacts and call logs and receive phone notifications, the Bluetooth icon in the watch drop-down bar will turn white and the Bluetooth call icon will turn blue . Bluetooth 5.3 dual mode connection is successful.
Users can click the Bluetooth call icon to independently set the audio call connection status for Bluetooth calls.
Strap Replacement
The B07 watch contains two parts (the main body and the wristband). Different wristbands can be purchased separately and can be changed freely at any time according to your preference. Toggle the metal switch on the back of the strap to remove and install the strap.
Charging instructions
Charging: Align the metal contact at the bottom of the watch with the
charger, and the charging icon will appear on the watch screen. It takes about
2 hours for the watch to be fully charged, and the charging icon will show the
full charge
status when it is full.
Basic operation
- Power on: When the power is off, press and hold the side button for 3 seconds, the device will vibrate to power on and display the “main interface”.
- Menu interface: Click the side button under “Main interface” to enter the menu interface. Double-click the side button in the menu interface to switch between various styles. In the sub-menu interface, click the side button to return to the “main interface”.
- Split screen: Slide right on the “Main” screen to open the split screen function.
- Bright screen: When the screen is resting, you can press the side button to brighten the screen or turn your wrist to brighten the screen.
- Shutdown: Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds in the power on state, the device will enter the “shutdown confirmation” interface, click “shutdown”.

After entering the secondary menu, swipe right to return to the previous level
Left swipe on the dial interface to enter the following function interface in
turn:
Phone – Activity – Sleep – Heart rate – Blood glucose – Blood pressure – Blood

Change Dials
Long press on the watch dial page, swipe left and right to browse dials, click
to finish changing.

Function introduction
(click the side button to enter the menu)
Sports: The B07 supports up to 50 sports modes, which can be activated by
tapping on the watch or mobile app to record sports data. During exercise, it
can record the user’s heart rate, calories and exercise duration, and the user
can “pause/continue” or “quit” the exercise at any time.
Auto-exit: During the movement, the device will automatically determine
whether the user is in the movement state. If it is determined that the
current conditions have been met to exit the movement, will automatically exit
the movement mode.
Data storage: After the exercise is finished, the exercise data will be
saved to APP, which can be viewed in the exercise interface of APP.
Heart rate: The interface shows the user’s last manual measurement record
can pause/end exercise; automatic monitoring of maximum and minimum values,
and “heart rate” 24-hour heart rate line graph.
Manual measurement:
Device side: Slide the dial interface to the left four times to enter
“Heart Rate” (or click the side button to enter the side button menu-“Heart
Rate”) .
24-hour automatic heart rate monitoring: turn on heart rate monitoring in
the device or app, and the device will detect once every 10 minutes. (If the
device is turned on scientific sleep, it will be detected once every 1
minute.) The data on the device side will be cleared at 0:00 on the same day,
and the user can connect to the App to upload all the data.
Set “Heart Rate Monitoring” switch:
Device: Click the side button to enter the menu, click “Settings” –
“Health and Testing” – “Heart Rate Monitoring”.
App : Open H Band connected device, click “More Operations” – “Settings”
– “Switch Settings”, turn on “Heart Rate Auto Monitoring”.
Heart Rate Alert: The device will display “Heart Rate Alert” when it
detects the user’s heart rate is too high; the app side can set the “Heart
Rate Alert” switch and alarm threshold, while the device side can only set the
“Heart Rate Alert” switch.
Device side: Click the side button to enter the menu, click “Settings” –
Health and Detection – “Heart Rate Alarm”.
App: Open H Band and connect the device, click “More Operations” –
“Settings” – “Heart Rate Alarm”, set the resting heart rate limit and click
“Save”.
Blood Oxygen: Left swipe on the dial interface to enter the “Blood
Oxygen” interface, then click “Start” icon to test, the result will be
displayed when the test is completed, if the test fails, the “Test Failure”
interface will be displayed.
Device side: Display the last test result and blood oxygen curve graph.
App side: Display blood oxygen and apnea data and data distribution
graph.
Automatic monitoring: Turn on “Blood oxygen night monitoring” in device
or App. Data at device side is cleared at 0:00 on the same day, user can
connect to App to upload all data. Nighttime blood oxygen is detected once a
minute, and the detection range is 0:00-7:00.
Activity: The “Activity” screen displays the user’s total steps, distance
and calories for the day. Clear at 0:00 daily, users can connect to distance

Operation instructions
Swipe left twice on the dial screen to enter “Activity” (or tap the side
button to enter the side button menu-“Activity”)
Sleep: Swipe left three times on the dial interface to enter the “Sleep”
interface (or, click the side button to enter the side button menu-“Sleep”).
The “Sleep” interface shows the total sleep time and target sleep time of
users, and the app side shows detailed sleep data, including sleep quality,
sleep time, wake up time, sleep time, wake up time, deep sleep time, light
sleep time, deep sleep and light sleep time distribution chart.
Pressure: After entering the “Pressure” screen, you can view the 24-hour distribution chart.
Blood pressure: After entering the “Blood Pressure” screen, click “Start” to display the results. If the test fails, the “Failure to test” screen will be displayed. If the test fails, the “Test Failure” screen will be displayed.
Temperature: After entering the “Body Temperature” screen, click to start the test, progress is displayed during the process, and skin temperature and body temperature are displayed when finished.
Blood glucose: Slide the dial interface to the left to enter “blood glucose” (or click the side button to enter the side button menu – “blood glucose”) and then the measurement will start automatically, and the value will come out in about 15-20 seconds, and the interface will display the last test result and blood glucose curve after completion.
MET: After entering the “MET” screen, you can view the all-day MET curve, and the screen displays the last test result and the MET curve.
HRV (Heart Rate Variability): After entering the “HRV” screen, you can
view the nighttime HRV curve.
Device side: The interface displays the last test result and HRV curve.
APP side: Display HRV Lorentz scatter diagram and HRV data.
Automatic monitoring: The device detects every 10 minutes at night
(0-7pm). The data at the device end is cleared at 0:00 on the same day, and
users can connect to the App to upload all data.
Breathing training: Click the side button on the dial interface to enter the side button menu, click “Breathing training”, select the training duration and then click start.
Phone: After connecting to the Bluetooth of cell phone, you can make a
call through the device. Users can dial the number on the device. Or select a
contact to make a call after adding frequently used contacts, or enter the
call log interface to call back.
With incoming call alert turned on, users can mute, answer or hang up on the
device when the phone calls. Mute, answer or hang up the incoming call on the
device. After the device is connected to the phone, you can add frequently
used contacts to the device in the app (up to 10).
Message: Dial interface click the side button to enter the side button menu, click “Settings” – “Notification Settings” to open the applications that need to be notified. Message (SMS, app) reminder in the device connected hand and application messages (including WeChat, QQ, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other common applications). Facebook, Instagram and other common applications).
Music: Under the menu screen, click “Music”. The device can be used as a
cell phone Bluetooth speaker. Users can switch up and down songs or adjust the
volume on the device.
Note: Need to confirm the Bluetooth dual-mode 5.3 connection
successfully.
Period tracking: This function is mainly for female users. If this module is not displayed in the app. This module is not displayed in the app when the device is connected to the app. When the device is connected to the app, female users can set their personal physiological status in the app. Open H Band to connect the device → Click “Data Panel” – “Female” → Click the “Pencil” icon in the upper right corner to set up the App to predict and alert the user’s physiological status through user data.
Camera: Open H Band to connect the device, click “My Device” – “Photo” to
open the camera, then tap the watch screen or shake the device to take photos.
Note: The phone needs to be enabled with H Band to use camera access.

Weather: After the device is connected to the App to turn on weather
push, it can synchronize 24h real-time weather and 3-day weather overview to
the device.
Stopwatch: Click the side button, select “Stopwatch” and click “Start” to time, click again to pause. You can also click “Restore” icon to re-timer.
Timer: In the menu interface, click “Timer”, the timer interface will show the usual timer, users can also click the “+” icon to customize the duration. After the countdown starts, click the pause button to pause the countdown, then click cancel to cancel the timer.
Alarm: Click “+” after clicking “Alarm” to set the reminder time in order, and the watch will vibrate to remind you when the time comes, and click the watch screen to stop the vibration. Users can add alarms (up to 10 groups) on the device and add tags in the app to set repeated reminders or single reminders. Click the alarm you want to modify/delete in the alarm list, enter the alarm details interface and click delete/edit.
Flashlight: Click “Flashlight” in the split screen interface or menu interface. Users can light up the device screen as a flashlight.
Find: When the phone is connected to the device, the user can use the device to find the phone. After clicking “Find Phone”, the device will enter the countdown state, click “Cancel” or slide right to exit to stop the search, after the countdown ends, the “Ringing” screen will be displayed and the phone will vibrate and ring.
Voice assistant: You can launch the voice assistant on the device and
perform voice operation.

Calculator : Users can turn on the calculator on the device to make
simple calculations.
Settings: Health monitoring, watch system and many other device functions
switch interface and settings.
Settings
(Click “Settings” in the menu interface to enter)
Health and monitoring: Set automatic monitoring switch for heart rate,
heart rate alarm, blood pressure, blood oxygen, temperature, sleep, blood
sugar and pressure items. The data will be checked automatically every time
after it is turned on, and the daily data will be zeroed at 0:00.
Sc reen and display: dial setting, screen brightness. Auto screen off, menu style for personalized settings.
S witch settings: You can switch on/off the reminder of reaching the
target, the reminder of sitting for a long time, and the bright screen of
flipping wrist.
In the H Band APP, “My” — “Set Goal”, you can set a goal, and when the watch
side turns on the goal reminder, there will be a vibration alert when the goal
is completed.
Notification Settings: Set which programs the watch is allowed to receive
message push from.
Note: The cell phone needs to open the corresponding permission.
Language setting: Set the watch language.
App QR code: Scan the code to download H Band application.
System menu: Control the power on/off; erase data, restore factory settings; view device information, when multiple B07 devices are scanned on the phone side, you can confirm the device you need to connect by the MAC address in the device information.

Troubleshooting
Loss of heart rate signal
B07 smartwatch will keep an eye on your heart rate data when exercising or in
daily life, occasionally it may happen that the watch does not get the proper
heart rate signal, at this time the lost heart rate data will appear as a
dotted line. If you fail to get the heart rate signal, first confirm the
correct posture of wearing the watch and adjust the following to avoid being
too high or too low, too tight or too loose on your wrist. After the
adjustment, start the real-time heart rate detection to get the heart rate
data. If there is still no heart rate data, please check if the detection
function on H BAND APP is turned on.
Bluetooth connection problems
If the phone can’t pair the watch, check whether there is B07 signal in the
phone’s settings – Bluetooth, if there is, it means there is no problem with
Bluetooth signal, please check whether the watch has been paired with other
phones and unbind it. iOS system users, you also need to ignore this device in
the phone’s settings – Bluetooth, and then re-pair it.
