Requirements

Do I need a smartphone for this watch?

Yes, a compatible smartphone is required. You will not be able to set up or use the watch without it being paired to your phone.

Which smartphones are compatible with this watch?

• Apple iPhone running iOS 9.0 or above. • Android smartphone running Android 6.0 or above. To check your which version you are running, do the following: • Apple iOS version can be found in Settings > General > About. • Android version can be found in Settings > About Phone/Device or Software Information

Which App do I need to install?

You need to install the VeryFit App. It’s available at the Apple Store or Google Play.

Is VeryFit available on PC or Mac?

There is currently no support for VeryFit on PC or Mac. Android and Apple smartphones only.

Do I have to pay for the App and is there a monthly subscription?

No, the VeryFit App is completely free and requires no monthly subscription. Your watch comes with over 100 free watch faces and there is the option to purchase more if you desire.

You can download the quick start guide (PDF) from here or from our website here.

Is there a full user manual?

Your watch comes with a paper quick start guide to help you get up and running. Once you’ve installed the VeryFit App, you can access the full user guide by opening the App, tapping the ‘Device’ menu option (at the bottom of the app), then scroll to the bottom of the page and tap ‘How to use’.

Can I buy replacement straps for this watch?

Yes, currently available in black, blue, pink and khaki. You can find them on Amazon UK here.

What is the strap, buckle, watch case and button made from?

The strap is made from a soft durable silicone, the buckle and watch case are made from a tough plastic and the function button is made from aluminium.

Can I connect this watch to WiFi?

No, this watch connects to your phone via Bluetooth only.

What is the Bluetooth range of the watch?

10 metres (30 feet) line of sight, this distance will be reduced by walls and interference from other appliances.

Functions

Does this watch monitor Blood Pressure?

No, this watch monitors Blood Oxygen (SpO2) which is different from Blood Pressure.

Does this watch have GPS built-in?

Although this watch does not have GPS built-in, it can use your phone's GPS to record a map of your route. Connected GPS is only supported by walking, hiking, running, and cycling sports modes. All you need to do is open the accompanying App (VeryFit) and start your activity from the ‘Exercise’ option (located on the bottom app menu). Once you've started your activity a whole host of real-time info will be displayed on your watch. Once you've finished, more metrics along with a map of your route can be viewed within the app.

Can I use this watch as a GPS Tracker so that I can see where my kids are located?

No, there is no option for GPS location tracking.

Can I reply to text messages from this watch?

No, there is no option to reply to text messages from the watch.

Can I make make/receive calls on this watch without my phone being nearby?

No, your watch uses relies on your phone being within range to make/receive Bluetooth calls.

Can I make contactless payments using my watch?

No, contactless payments are not supported.

Wear and Care

I’ve developed a rash on my wrist, how can I prevent this?

It is likely that you’ve been wearing your watch strap too tight which isn’t allowing your skin to breathe. We recommend wearing your watch so that you can still fit an index finger between the watch and your wrist. We also recommend regularly cleaning your watch to stop the build-up of dirt which can cause irritation.
