HOLY STONE HS720G Gimbal GPS Drone Camera
Product Information
The product is the HS720G drone, manufactured by Holystone. It comes with a Quick Start Guide version 1.0. The drone features an HD Camera, an Optical Flow Lens, and a Power Switch. The package also includes propellers A and B, a drone battery, and a battery indicator. The transmitter has a takeoff/landing button, unlock/lock button, return to the home button, power switch, foldable handle, camera angle adjustment, GPS mode switch, left joystick, right joystick, phone holder, and an LCD screen.
Product Usage Instructions
- Charging: Connect the drone to a 5V/2A charger (not included) to charge the battery. A fully charged battery will be indicated.
- Getting the Drone Ready: Ensure that the drone is assembled properly and the propellers are securely attached. Insert two 1.5V AA batteries (not included) into the drone battery compartment.
- Getting the Transmitter Ready: Extend the phone holder fully and make sure it is secure. Ensure the transmitter is powered on.
- Pairing: Slide the power switch on the drone to the right while holding down the pairing button. The transmitter will emit a long beep when pairing is successful.
- Connecting to Wi-Fi: Open the Ophelia FLY app and connect to the Wi-Fi network named “Ophelia FLY”.
- Calibrating the Compass: Follow the instructions on the app to calibrate the compass. The LED lights on the drone will flash yellow and then green when calibration is successful. A solid green light indicates a good GPS signal, while a solid yellow light indicates a weak GPS signal. Avoid calibrating the compass in areas with strong magnetic interference.
- Unlocking the Motors: Ensure that there are 7 or more stars displayed on the LCD screen of the transmitter, indicating a good GPS signal. Only unlock and control the drone when the GPS signal is good.
- Take-off: Fly the drone in an open outdoor area without obstructions. Press the takeoff button on the transmitter to initiate takeoff.
- Flight Direction Control: Use the left joystick to control the height and orientation of the drone during flight. The right joystick controls forward, backward, and lateral movements.
- Landing: Gently descend the drone to the ground by reducing the throttle using the left joystick. Press the landing button on the transmitter to initiate the landing.
