Safety Notices

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or personal injury, including the following.

  1. Stay away from flammable and explosive products
  2. Please insert the plug with dry hands
  3. Don’t touch it with wet hands
  4. Do not clean it with water, wax, polish or any chemical solution
  5. Keep away from children’s play areas
  6. Do not use it in damp places such as bathrooms

This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of shock, this plug is intended to fit only one way in a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit in the outlet, flip it horizontally and try again. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT attempt to defeat this safety feature.

Place the heater on a firm level surface where free from obstructions and at least 3 ft(0.9m) away from any wall or combustible material.

Please do not disassemble the heater. Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return heater to authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.

USE NOTES

Please read the instruction carefully before usage.

  1. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surface. Recommend to use protective gloves when move this heater.
  2. Keep combustible materials such as cloth, papers at least 3 feet away from mess of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
  3. Extreme caution is necessary when the heater is used near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left working and unattended.
  4. Always unplug the heater when not in use.
  5. Do not operate the heater with a damaged cord or plug, nor after the heater has malfunctions, Return heater to authorized service facility for examination and repair.
  6. Do not use the heater outdoors.
  7. This heater is not intended for use in bathroom, laundry areas and similar moist indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water containers.
  8. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like. Arrange cord away from traffic areas where it will not be tripped over.
  9. This heater draws 12.5 amps during working. To prevent overloading a circuit, do not plug the heater into a circuit that already has other appliances working.
  10. It is normal for the plug to feel warm to touch. However, a loose fit between the AC outlet (receptacle) and plug may cause overheating and distortion of the plug. Contact a qualified electrician to replace loose or worn outlet.
  11. To disconnect the heater, first turn off the touch screen and machine, then grip the plug and pull it from the outlet. Never pull by the cord.
  12. Do not allow foreign objects to enter ventilation opening or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
  13. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner, do not use it on soft surface, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
  14. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
  15. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
  16. Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire. However, if you have to use an extension cord, the cord should be No.14 AWG minimum size and rated not less than 1500 watts.
  17. Use of this heater is not recommended for persons with reduced sensitivity to heat or an inability to react to avoid burns.

COMPONENTS

The portable heater has a convenient carry handle, which makes it easy to move from room to room.

Touch screen switch function

  1. Plug the power cable into the live socket.

  2. Touch the button to start heating and enter the ECO mode Currently displayed as ambient temperature.

  3. Touch the button to start heating and enter the low mode Currently displayed as ambient temperature.

  4. Touch the button to start heating into high mode Currently displayed as ambient temperature.

  5. Touch the button to start heating into the natural wind Currently displayed as ambient temperature.

  6. Hold down the 3S button to activate the body sensing function, and hold down the 3S button to close it (After the human body detection is turned on, the usage range is 15 degrees up, down, left, and right. When human or animal activity is detected within a range of 2 meters, the product will remain on. When leaving this range, the product will enter standby mode for 3 minutes.) Currently displayed as ambient temperature.

  7. Click (icon, start 1 h,2h,…..) 12h cycle timing.

  8. Click the icon to enable or disable the flame humidification function

Overheat Protection

It’s well designed for your safety. The automatic overheat protection system will shut the unit off when the parts of the heater overheat.

IF YOUR HEATER FAILS TO WORK

  1. Be sure the heater is plugged in the electrical outlet well and the outlet is working.
  2. Check for any obstruction. If you find any obstruction, turn off and unplug the heater and wait at least ten minutes for it to cool.  Carefully remove the obstruction. Plug the heater back in and restart it.
  3. If the issue still exist, remove the plug from the socket and have the appliance serviced by authorized service personnel only.
  4. Check whether thermostat is set too low. If this is the case, use the remote control to adjust the thermostat heating button until the heater restarts

CLEANING AND STORAGE

We recommend the heater to be cleaned at least once a month and before off season storage.

  1. Turn the heater off and unplug it. Allow it to cool.

  2. Use a dry cloth to clean the external surfaces of the heater,
    NOTE: DO NOT USE WATER, WAX, POLISH OR ANY CHEMICAL SOLUTION.

  3. Pack the heater in its original container and store it in a cool dry place.

  4. Please do not disassemble the heater. Its motor is factory lubricated for life, and will require no further lubrication.
