Half Face Respirator
Product Information

Use Instructions
- Follow the instructions and restrictions provided during use. Improper use may reduce the effectiveness of the respirator and lead to illness or death.
- Receive proper training on the correct use of the respirator before using it.
- If you smell or taste contaminants, experience dizziness, suffocation, or any other distress, leave the contaminated area immediately.
- Store the respirator away from contaminated areas when not in use.
Use Limitations
- This respirator does not supply oxygen. Do not use it in environments with less than 19.5% oxygen.
- Do not use the respirator if the type or concentration of pollutants is unknown, or if it exceeds the protection object or concentration range of the respirator.
- Do not alter, abuse, or misuse the respirator.
Assembly Instructions
- Align the cartridge or filter notch with the facepiece mark.
- Turn the cartridge or filter 1/4 turn clockwise until it stops. To remove the cartridge, turn it 1/4 turn counterclockwise.
- Repeat the above steps with the second cartridge or filter.
Cleaning
- Remove the cartridges and/or filters from the respirator.
- Clean the facepiece (excluding filters and cartridges) by immersing it in a warm cleaning solution. Do not exceed a water temperature of 120°F. Scrub with a soft brush until clean.
- Rinse the facepiece in fresh, warm water and allow it to air dry in a non-contaminated atmosphere.
- Store the cleaned respirator away from contaminated areas when not in use.
Warm Tips
- The respirator itself does not have a smell. However, some individuals may be more sensitive to odors. You can clean the facepiece (excluding filters and cartridges) to eliminate odors or place it in a well-ventilated area to reduce any peculiar smell.

Tightness Test
- Put the headband rack on the back of the head, pull back the buckle of the elastic band,and make the respirator buckle the mouth, nose and chin.
- Pull the lower elastic band to the back of the neck, tighten the fasteners and adjust the length of the elastic band to make the face comfortable.
- Breathe vigorously, check the leakage between the respirator and the face, and adjust to the ideal state.
- If the sealing state is not ideal, do not enter the contaminated area, and re-adjust or replace the respirator
Cleaning
- Remove cartridges and/or fillers.
- Clean facepiece (excluding filters and cartridges). By immersing in warm cleaning solution, water tenperature not to exceed 120’F. and serub with soft brush until clean.
- Rinse in fresh.warm water and air dry in non-contaminated atmosphere.
- The cleaned respirator should be stored away from contaminated areas when not in use.
Attention
- The cartridge or filter should be changed regularly according to the operating environment.
- The respirator should be cleaned and maintained regularly.
- Check before using each time to ensure its function is intact. If it is damaged, it should be discarded immediately.
- The respirator should be kept in a ventilated and cool place to avoid the environment of high temperature, sunlight, high humidity and ultra-low temperature
- The filter shall be kept in a sealed package, and the validity period of the filter in an unopened state is 5 years.
