How to install 5 folding sections of the trekking poles

Step 1

Connect the 2 loosened sections at the bottom(Connect Section 1 and 2, Connect Section 2 and 3);

  • Note: Please connect the 2 loosened sections first and then complete the follow steps. Otherwise it will make the next installation difficult.

Step 2

  • Note: The buckle pops up to ensure that the wire is straightened. Please make sure that the buckle pops up, otherwise the Section 3 cannot be fixed, which will cause SAFETY HAZARD.

Step 3

Look at the section 4 that with scales and adjust the height that fits you well, then close the flatlock to complete the installation;

  • Note: Please adjust the screw to tighten the flip lock. otherwise the Section 4 will fall out

How to adjust the height of the trekking poles that suits you best?

Please follow this calculation method:

The most suitable height for trekking poles = Your height *0.68

For Example:

If you are 180cm tall, so the best height of your trekking poles is:180*0.68=122.4 cm In this case, please adjust the height of trekking poles to 122.4 cm.

How to use the wristband correctly

  1. Make your palm across the wristband

  2. Hold the grip of the trekking poles tightly

  3. Adjust the length of the wristband then fixt it

How to hold the grip correctly

Put the uneven side of the grip forward.
In this way, it can prevent your palms from being worn if you fall down.

Tips: Please remember to make your palm across the wristband so as to prevent the trekking poles from slipping off your hand during hiking.
