CASE INSTALLATION

Place your case on a flat surface.
Align your device’s camera with the camera opening on the case.
Insert your device at an angle starting at the top (camera side).
Let your device rest on the bottom of the case and gently press it down into the case.
Press around all the edges to ensure your device is installed properly in the case.

VIEWING ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
The Bluetooth Keyboard features a built-in hinge that works together with the cover-stand to create multiple viewing angles. To adjust the viewing angle, hold the top edge of the tablet case and use your other hand to adjust the hinged stand to the desired angle.

POWERING YOUR KEYBOARD
Ensure your keyboard has been charged using the included USB-C charging cable and a compatible USB-C 5V charger (not included). You can also charge your keyboard from a compatible USB-C port on a computing device.

TO POWER ON
Locate the Power key on the top right corner of your keyboard. Press and hold the Power key for 1 second until the power LED lights up solid, then release.

TO POWER OFF
Press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds. The power LED will flash 3 times, indicating the keyboard has been powered off.

STANDBY MODE
Your keyboard will go into Standby mode after 40 seconds of inactivity. Press any key to wake it.

PAIRING YOUR KEYBOARD
The Bluetooth Keyboard can pair with up to 2 devices. Once paired, you can easily toggle between devices by pressing the Bluetooth 1 and Bluetooth 2 keys on the keyboard. To pair, follow the instructions below.

Ensure your device’s Bluetooth connection is enabled.
Press and hold the or key for 3 seconds. Release the key after the LED on the Power key begins flashing rapidly. Your keyboard is now in pairing mode.
Go to your device Bluetooth settings and search for “UAG Keyboard 0XXXX”. The last four digits should coincide with the digits listed on the white label located to the left of the track pad.
Select the appropriate keyboard on your Bluetooth device list.
You will immediately be prompted to enter a security passkey.
Key in the corresponding 4-digit passkey on your UAG Bluetooth keyboard followed by the Return or Enter key.
Your Keyboard should now be paired and connected with your device.
Repeat the steps above to pair a second device or if the pairing process fails.

BATTERY LIFE CHECK
Press fn + “B” key. This will cause the LED indicator on the Power key to flash one of the following ways:

Four flashes = ~ 80% – 100% battery life.
Three flashes = ~60% – 79% battery.
Two flashes = ~35% – 59% battery.
One flash = low battery <34%

To help preserve battery life, your Bluetooth Keyboard will enter sleep mode if left on and not used for several minutes; press any key to wake it.

FUNCTION KEYS

POWER: Turns your keyboard on/off. Hold for 1 second to power ON, 3 seconds to power Off.
CAPS LOCK: Activates the Caps Lock feature. When Caps Lock is on, an indicator light will remain lit until it is turned off. To turn Caps Lock off, press Caps again.

The Trackpad supports most common Multi-Touch gestures including:

Swipe
Tap
Pinch
Scroll
