Instructions
We know you want to get straight to the music, but please take a minute to read these instructions, they’ll help you get the most from your Reflex Active product.
SETTING UP
- Remove earbuds from case once fully charged.
- Open Bluetooth connections within phone or tablet settings.
- Search ‘Sport-Plus’ and select. Your device will now be paired with your earbuds.
Your connection will now be automatic, but if you do have any connection issues, please repeat steps 1-3. The earbuds will automatically shut down and charge when placed in the charging case.
CHARGING THE CASE
- Insert charging cable into the charging port at base of case & connect to power supply.
- The charging indicator light will flash blue to show case is charging.
- Allow to charge for around 1 hour, the charging indicator light will be illuminated continuously once fully charged.
- Always take care not to over charge.
- Earbud case shows RED when charging, soild BLUE when charged. Fully charged in 1 hour.
CONTROLS
PAUSE/PLAY Tap twice on the left or right earbud.
NEXT TRACK Triple tap the right earbud.
LAST TRACK Triple tap the left earbud.
VOLUME UP Tap four times on the right earbud.
VOLUME DOWN Tap four times on the left earbud.
SIRI Tap 5 times on the left or right earbud.
POWER OFF Press and hold any earbud for 5 seconds.
POWER ON THE TWS Press and hold for 5 seconds on each earbud and ‘power on and
pairing’ will be heard.
MAKING CALLS
TAP TWICE to answer incoming calls.
TAP TWICE to hang up during calls.
PRESS AND HOLD FOR 2-3 SECONDS to reject incoming calls.

in water, should this occur product will malfunction. • Keep away from steam &
dust as these may affect quality of performance. • Avoid excessive twisting /
turning of charging cable as this can cause malfunction. • Contains no
serviceable components. Do not attempt to open the ear pods or their casing as
this may cause harm. • Keep away from strong magnetic fields to avoid
interference.
GUARANTEE
Your Reflex Active product is guaranteed against any defective construction or
parts for 1 year from date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of
purchase. Breakages caused by water damage, accident or mishandling are not
covered. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.”
