SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Parents, please read the instructions with your children before using the product for the first time. Stop the dinosaur with the remote control before picking it up
• Keep hands, hair, and clothing away from moving parts when the toy is operating
• Do not use the velociraptor with the radio control in the street. Avoid collisions with people, animals, and furniture
• Warning: Any change or modification made to this product that is not expressly approved in the relevant section of the declaration of conformity may terminate the usage authorization granted to the user

BATTERY WARNING

• this transmitter cannot use 2 AA batteries higher than 1.5V
• Only professional personnel can disassemble and replace the lithium battery of the velociraptor
• do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries
• Rechargeable batteries must be removed before recharging
• Rechargeable batteries must be recharged under the supervision of an adult
• Do not mix different types of batteries or new batteries with old batteries
• Only use batteries of the recommended type or an equivalent type
• Take care to respect the + and – polarities when inserting batteries
• Used batteries must be removed from the product

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Always remove the batteries from the transmitter if it is not used for a long time
• Wipe the toy gently with a clean cloth
• Keep the toy away from direct sources of heat
• Do not immerse the toy in water, as this could damage electronic components
• Replace batteries when they become less powerful
• Operation temperature 0-40°C

INSTALLATION

• Install the left arm into the hole and tighten it clockwise with the screwdriver.
• Install the right arm into the hole and tighten it clockwise with the screwdriver.

DINOSAUR CHARGING

• Insert the Micro USB plug of the USB cable into the USB socket from the bottom of the dinosaur
• Then insert another USB plug into the interface of the computer or other adapters (such as a mobile phone charger) Full charging time takes about 30 minutes; Operating time about 10 minutes
• The indicator from the bottom of the dinosaur turns to solid RED when charging
• The indicator from the bottom of the dinosaur turns to OFF when fully charged
• Take away the USB cable, switch the power on to start the game

INSERT BATTERIES

1. Remove the battery cover screw on the bottom.
2. Insert 2x 1.5 V AA batteries into the battery compartment according to polarity + and -.
3. Close the battery cover and tighten the transmitter screw counterclockwise.

DINOSAUR

1. Power Switch
   Slide the switch to the “ON” position — Power it on
   Slide the switch to the “OFF” position — Power off

2. Demo Button (Try-Me Button)
   Press the button, and the dinosaur will show the walking, forwarding, and sounding with light in its mouth automatically.
   Press the button twice to switch to sleep mode.
   Press the button again to exit sleep mode.

3. Others
   Sound and Light : Forward or backward walking with 3 different simulated sounds, mouth with light.
   Power saving mode: If the dinosaur enters into sleeping mode without any operating in 5 minutes; turn off the power switch then turn it on again or press the DEMO button to restart the dinosaur

TRANSMITTER

1. Power Switch
   Press this button — Power on
   Press this button again — Power off

2. Demo Button | Sound On/Off
   Press the button, the dinosaur will show the walking (forward/backward/turn left/turn right), wagging its tail, swaying its body with different sounds automatically.
   Keep pressing the button for 3 seconds to turn off the sound mode, then keep repressing the button for 3 seconds to turn on the sound mode

3. Forward button Backward button Turn left button Turn right button Press — Walking forward

   • Press — Walking backward
   • Press — Swaying the body from the left side
   • Press — Swaying the body from the right side
   • Press and at the same time — Walk forward from the left side
   • Press and at the same time — Walk forward from the right side
   • Press and at the same time — Walk backward from the left side
   • Press and at the same time — Walk backward from the right side

4. Anzeige

   • LED Indicator keeps flashing — Frequency connected or remote control signals fail
   • LED Indicator constantly on — Frequency connected successfully or without any operating actions

5. Others

   • Power saving mode — Remote control will be powered off without any operation. You should turn on the power button again to start

• Warning! Based on security and registration (CE) reasons, it is forbidden to modify the product personally. Do not disassemble the product.

• Warning! Suitable for people aged 14+!
  The product is not allowed to get moist or wet. The product is only allowed to be used on flat and clean surfaces. Even a drop-down from a small height can cause damage to the product.

Battery Notice and Battery Disposal

Warning! The battery does not belong in children’s hands. A change of the battery has to be done by an adult person. Never mix chargeable batteries with non-chargeable batteries. Never mix fully charged batteries with almost empty batteries. Never mix batteries of different capacities. Never try to charge dry batteries. Take care of the correct polarity. Defective batteries belong to special waste. Never leave a charging battery unattended. For questions about the charging time please read the manual or ask the manufacturer.

Disposal

• The company AMEWI is registered below the WEEE Reg. Nr. DE93834722 and the Batt-Reg.-No. DE 77735153 at the foundation EAR and recycles all used electronic parts properly. Electric and electronical products are not allowed to be put in household garbage. Please dispose of the product at the end of its life according to the actual laws. You as a customer are responsible by law for the return of all used batteries, a disposal of household garbage is forbidden!
• Batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the alongside symbols, which point to the prohibition of disposal in household garbage.
• Additional notations for the critical heavy metal are Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Quecksilver, and Pb=lead (Label is placed on the batteries, for example below the bottom left trash symbols).
• Based on RoHS labeling the manufacturer confirmes, that all limit values were taken care of at the me of manufacturing.
• Batteries labeled with the recycling symbol can be put into a used battery collecting tank. (Most supermarkets have)
• They are not allowed to be put into local household garbage.
• AMEWI is involved in the dual system for boxing over the company Firma Landbell AG.
• All used boxes are collected from partner companies (waste disposal contractors) at private customers (local households), sorted, and properly utilized. The Involvement in a Dual System helps to save CO² Emissions.
