HELPFUL TIPS

  • It is advisable to use olive oil spray or vegetable oil for air frying.
  • Use your air fryer to cook food with little oil and in no time! As a general rule, reduce the cooking temperature of the recipe by about 10ºC depending on the type of food and the quantity.
  • NEVER fill the frying basket more than 2/3 full. When frying fresh vegetables we recommend that you add no more than 3 cups of food to the basket.
  • To achieve the best result, some foods need to be shaken vigorously or turned over during cooking time. Please refer to the table below and use it as a guide.
  • When cooking foods rich in fat, such as chicken wings or sausages, and in order to avoid excess smoke, empty the fat from the fryer basket drawer between batches of food if necessary.
  • Always dry the food before cooking to avoid excess smoke and achieve an ideal browning.
  • Fry small batches of freshly breaded food. Press the breaded dough onto the food to help achieve better adhesion. Place the food in the basket so that they do not touch each other to allow for better air circulation.
  • You can use the air fryer to reheat food..
