Product Usage Instructions

PAIR WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES

To pair the TWS Earphones G2 with a Bluetooth-enabled device:

1. Ensure that the Bluetooth on your device is turned on.
2. Take out both earphones from the charging case.
3. Tap the right or left earphone twice to enter pairing mode.
4. Select the TWS Earphones G2 from the list of available devices on your device’s Bluetooth settings.

POWER OFF

To power off the TWS Earphones G2:

• Put both earphones back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off.
• Alternatively, hold the Multi-Function Button (MFB) on each earphone for 5 seconds to manually power off.

Note : The earphones will also automatically power off if not being paired with any device for 3 minutes.

CHANGING EAR TIPS

To remove an ear tip, pull firmly with your fingers at the base of the ear tip. To attach the ear tip, with your fingers at the base of the ear tip, push the ear tip onto the connector until it clicks into place. For more tip sizes, see inside box

FIRST TIME USE/PAIR TO NEW DEVICE

Take both earphones out from the charging case to activate the earphones.
Note : please charge your earphones before first time use (see “Charging Earphones” and “Charging Case” for details).

PAIR WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES

The Bluetooth device should automatically start searching for the new play device (some may require you to select “search for/add new device”)

• Turn the Bluetooth function on in the settings of your Bluetooth-enabled device.
• Turn the earphones on by taking both earphones out from the charging case which will detect Bluetooth-enabled devices near you to enter pairing mode.
• “OTL TWS 2” will appear on the Bluetooth device list, select “OTL TWS 2” to establish pairing. When you want to play audio from another Bluetooth device, disconnect the earphones from the original device and follow steps 1-3 to re-pair the earphones with a new Bluetooth-enabled device

POWER-ON

Take both earphones out from the charging case and both earphones will be automatically powered on (make sure the charging case is charged) or hold each earphone’s MFB for 5 seconds to power on.

POWER OFF

Put both earphones back into the charging case and close the lid, it will automatically power off or hold each earphone’s MFB for 5 seconds to power off.
Note : The earphones will automatically power off if not being paired with any devices for 3 minutes

CHARGING THE EARPHONES

The LED indicator light (earphones) will be on solid during charging and will be off completely once it is fully charged.

CHARGING THE CASE

Please charge your charging case before first time use. Ensure to charge via the provided type-C cable. The LED indicator light will flash during charging and will turn on solid once it is fully charged.
The earphones playtime is approximately 6 hours on a single charge. The charging case can fully recharge the earphones approximately 3 times, but when the charging pod indicates the battery is low, please charge via the included type C USB cable for 1.5 hours for a full charge

• PLAY/PAUSE When listening to music, tapping right or left earphone MFB twice to play/pause.
• VOICE ASSISTANT Hold right or left earpod MFB for 3 seconds to activate voice assistant (i.e. Siri or Google Assistant)
• ANSWER CALL/HANG UP CALL Tapping the right or left earphone MFB twice to answer the incoming call and tapping twice again to hang up.
• REJECT CALL Hold MF button on right or left earphone for 2 seconds to reject the incoming call.

TROUBLESHOOT

If an error occurs with the earphones, please follow the steps below:

• Turn the Bluetooth function off from desired device
• Take both earphones out of the charging case (ensure both earphones power on holding MBF 3 seconds to power on)
• Turn the Bluetooth function back on
• Search for “OTL TWS 2” from Bluetooth enable device to pair.

When the earphones power is low, the Bluetooth range may be affected. Please charge the earphones to avoid disruption during use.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND SAFETY INFORMATION

WARRANTY:

This product is warranted against defective materials and workmanship. If the warranty service is required, you should return the product to the retailer from where it was purchased. If the item was purchased in the United Kingdom, the guarantee period is for 12 months from the date of purchase. If it was purchased in the EU, then the guarantee period is 24 months from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

• This warranty is only valid if, when warranty service is required, the original invoice or sales slip is produced, and the serial number on the product has not been defaced.
• The manufacturer’s obligations are limited to the repair or, at its discretion, replacement of the product or the defective part.
• Warranty repairs must be carried out by an authorized dealer or authorized service center. No reimbursement will be made for repairs carried out by non-authorized parties, and any such repair work or damage to the product caused by such repair work will not be covered by the warranty.
• This product will not be considered to be defective in materials or workmanship by reason that it requires adaptation to conform with national or local technical or safety standards in force in any country other than those for which it was originally designed and manufactured. This warranty will not cover, and no reimbursement will be made for, any such adaptation, nor any damage which may result from it.
• This warranty covers none of the following:
  • Maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
  • Cost relating to transport, removal or installation of the product.
  • Misuse (including the failure to use this product for its normal purpose) or incorrect installation.
  • Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, Acts of God, war, public disturbances, or other causes beyond the control of the manufacturer.
• This warranty is valid for any person who legally acquired the product during the warranty period.
• The consumer’s statutory rights under any applicable legislation, whether against the retailer or the manufacturer, and whether arising under contract or otherwise, are not affected by this warranty.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read all the instructions carefully before using the product and keep them for future reference.

• Do not immerse in water.
• Wearing earphones limits your ability to hear noises around you, regardless of the volume level. Use with caution and consideration.
• Unsuitable for use by children under the age of 3 due to small parts which may cause choking.
• Set the volume to low before turning on the sound.
• Do not use these earphones whilst operating machinery, driving, riding a motorbike or bicycle, or in situations where an inability to hear surrounding noise may present a danger to yourself or others.
• The device may become warm while charging.
• Long-term exposure to loud noise may cause damage to eardrums or loss of hearing.

WARNING

• This product is not a toy.
• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the earphones and charging case.
• Do not store the earphones in extreme temperatures, this can shorten the battery life and may affect the earphones.
• Do not place product in or near fire to avoid danger, as it uses a lithium battery.
• Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
• Do not use earphones during a thunderstorm to avoid irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earphones.
• Keep the earphones and charging case dry.
• Avoid dropping the earphones and the charging case as it may cause damage to the product.
