Top GUI Introduction

The top GU includes 5 diffeent information groups, each group information i described as belov:

  1. Port tatus
    This group displays connected port, ca either be Us3-C USE A .

  2. Input tatus
    This groupdisplays the input information when the productis being charged. The input information includes charging voltage (such a5 ),charging current (such as ), charging power and the charging port thi product can only be charged Via USB-C). The charging portis also displayed as an icon such as .

  3. Output Status
    This group displys the output information when the product is charging other device, The output nformationincludes output voltage(such as ) output curent (such as ) and the output power ofspecfc port the output port could ther be USB.C,  ROLL or TOTAL which s displayed 35 an con shown asbelow:

Only when the product s charging mltile devices, can the display method be changed via shor pess the main button Note that when the display mode s i ROLL status, it wil isplay ‘each port’s output status in turn, and whenitis in TOTAL status, it will display  the otal output pover.

    This group shows curent sttus of the batery pack, ncluding battery life, the voltage of the total battery pack and real-time curren. Note the the battery icon designed with diferent colors based on different battery level, and its expressed as 2 percentage (ex.  30 means 30%). The con colordefntion is shown asbelow:

    System status shows the temperature ofthe battery pack (following the icon ), the temeperature ofthe crcuit board (following the icon ), and the running time of the whole system

Second-Level GUI Introduction

Long press the main button (when the system s in the Top-Level Ul wilentr the seconcklevel GUI,providin items below:

  1. & Detal information about the bttery pack
  2. Configure the it of temperature
  3. Reset the system running time.
  4. Conligure the display settings
  5. System power off
  6. Exit (Return back to Top-Level GUI)

You can enter above items when corresponding icons lashing via Long Pressing the main button. f ot partculary indicated, “Short Press”is used toselecttems while “Long Press” s used to change parameters

  1. Battery Information
    Thistem displays detailed information about the battery pack.
    It shows the vltage of each battery cell sampled by the nternal Rardware coulometer.The coulometer keeps monitoring each batterycel (including volage, temperature etc) to ensure.

    Note that fyou fnd the voltage ofa attery cell is abnormally igh orlow (normal range is 2.6V~4.21), and the power barik stops charging or eing charged, please contact us.

Warning information

EMOS owns a complete,strict policy to ensure the use safety. Users mustfully understand each type of warning message. Warning messages includes:

  • DCOutput Warning,
  • Circuit Over-Temperature Warning
  • Low Energy Warning
  • Battery Over-Temperature Warning,
  • Battery Low-Temperature Warning.

We designed a message box for each warning containing corresponding information.

  1. Circuit Over-Temperature Warning
    The circuit board will generate heat during power conversion, when the temperature exceeds 80°C, the over-temperature protection will be triggered, and it will pop the message below.

    When the voltage of the battery pack i lower than pre-defined threshold (for Lithium-ion cells combined in series of 4, the threshold voltage s 11.61) the system will pop out the message below.

  3. Battery Over-Temperature Warning
    Battery isvery sensitve to environment temperature, extreme temperature willaffect the performance of bttery cells, decrease thebattery e and may even cause permanent damage. When the battery temperatureis bove 65°C, battery over-temperature  protection will be tiggered and the system will tum off outputs. In this situation, please turm off the system if applicable and let the prodiuct ool down.

  4. Battery Low-Temperature Warning.
    When you use the product with EMOS i cold areas, the battery may get too cold (below -15°C) o provide sufficient power, EMOS willalso turn off the system output to avoid unstable output power. Please put the productin a warm environment to recover.
