IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Disconnecting from mains: Switching off the POWER switch all the functions and light indicators of the amplifier will be stopped, but fully disconnecting the device from mains is done unplugging the power cord from the mains input socket. For this reason, it always shall remain readily operable.
  15. Equipment is connected to a socket-outlet with earthing connection by means of a power cord.
  16. The marking information is located at the bottom of apparatus.
  17. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on apparatus.

INTRODUCTION

Ecler VEO-SWH44 is a professional 4×1 HDMI 2.0 switcher. It supports HDR formats and HDMI data rate up to 18Gbps, including 4K/UHD@60Hz video resolution with 4:4:4 chroma sampling. The control includes auto-switching feature, front panel buttons, RS-232 and IR with remote control. VEO-SWH44 is HDCP 2.2 compliant and it guarantees seamless integration for all applications that require latest 4K/UHD and HDR sources and displays.

    • Press this button for 2 seconds to select auto switching or manual switching mode. Under manual switching mode, press this button normally to select input port.

    • This LED is lit when ARC is enabled successfully

CONNECTION AND INSTALLATION

  1. Connect HDMI signal sources (such as PC, Blu-ray player, etc) to VEO-SWH44 HDMI input ports.
  2. Connect VEO-SWH44 HDMI output port to display.
  3. Connect Audio and Control devices if required.
  4. Power up VEO-SWH44, display and sources.
  5. In order to control VEO-SWH44 using the included IR remote, please connect IR Receiver to the corresponding port. The Remote functions are listed in the following table:

RS-232 CONTROL

VEO-SWH44 can be controlled by third party control systems using serial commands through the RS-232 minijack port on the back of the panel.
In order to control the device, serial protocol communication parameters need to be set as follows:

  • Baud rate: 19200
  • Data bits: 8
  • Parity: None
  • Stop bit: 1
