We know you want to get straight to the music, but please take a minute to read these instructions, they’ll help you get the most from your Reflex Active product.

REFLEX ACTIVE BOOM Blue Chill Speaker A1

POWER ON/OFF

Turn the POWER switch to “on”, the LED indicator lights up blue for 3 seconds.
Turn the POWER switch to “off”.

BLUETOOTH MODE

Turn on the Bluetooth speaker. The product is on with Bluetooth mode and enters pairing mode.
Then activate Bluetooth on your phone and search for “REF-BOOM”. Click manually to connect.
The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device. When the Bluetooth of your device turns on (just turn on the speaker), it will automatically reconnect.

PLAYING MUSIC & VOLUME CONTROL

Short press the Play/Pause to pause/play
Long press the “-” for PREV
Long press the “+” for NEXT
Short press the “-” for VOL-
Short press the “+” for VOL+

MODE SWITCHING

Short press MODE switch to select mode. (Bluetooth/FM/USB/TF/AUX in)

AUX MODE: Connect your phone/music player to the speaker via the provided dual 3.5mm audio cable, then the speaker will automatically recognise it.
USB MODE: Insert a USB stick, the speaker will automatically broadcast music in it.
TF MODE: Insert a TF card, the speaker will automatically recognise and broadcast MP3 format music in it.
FM MODE:

Press MODE button on the speaker to switch to FM mode.
Short press the “PLAY/PAUSE” button once to enter automatic FM channel searching.
Long press and to select the desired channels. This may take 2-5 minutes.

MIC FUNCTION

Insert a microphone (6.35mm) to the mic jack to enter mic function.

BASS

When playing music, click “BASS” button to switch bass effects. Click again to cancel bass effects.

LIGHT MODE

Turn on the speaker, click the LED button to switch lights mode. (Not available under FM mode).

BLUETOOTH MODE

You can connect two Boom speakers as a pair for stronger stereo and surrounding effect.

Make sure the Bluetooth function is OFF on your Bluetooth player.
Turn on the two speakers.
Long press PLAY/PAUSE button on one of the speakers (this will be the main speaker), both speakers will enter TWS pairing status. Until LED of the main speaker flashes blue and the LED of the auxillary speaker turns blue, the TWS connection is successful.
Then activate the Bluetooth on your phone and search for “REF-BOOM”. Click manually to connect.

CHARGING

This product has a built-in non-removable and rechargable battery, please use the provided Type C cable to charge.

The power LED indicator turns red when charging and goes out when fully charged.

Please follow these simple instructions to keep your speaker looking & sounding great!

Clean product with a damp cloth & mild soap.
Not designed to be submerged in water, should this occur product will malfunction.
Keep away from steam & dust as these may affect quality of performance.
Avoid excessive twisting / turning of charging cable as this can cause malfunction.
Contains no serviceable components. Do not attempt to open the speakers or the casing as this may cause harm.
Keep away from strong magnetic fields to avoid interference.
Please charge the product with input power below 5V/1A, in order to protect the battery.
Please do not use this product in or near water.
Please store or use the product in a normal temperature environment.
Please keep the product away from radiators, stoves, or other sources of heat.
Don’t jam the ports of the product, such as charger port, LED port and microphone etc.
In order to protect your hearing and extend the speakers service life, it is not recommended to adjust the volume to the maximum level for a long time.

GUARANTEE

Your Reflex Active product is guaranteed against any defective construction or parts for 1 year from date of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Breakages caused by water damage, accident or mishandling are not covered. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

In the unlikely event you need to return your Reflex Active product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

Enjoy your music, but please stay safe & ensure you stay aware of your surroundings at all times. We advise agaisnt listening to loud music for long periods of time. Do not use this product whilst driving or in other potentially dangerous situations. This product is not a toy, not for use by children. This is a class B product. The crossed out wheelie bin symbol is to remind you that waste electrical products, batteries & accumulators should not be disposed of in household waste. If you are unable to reuse or recycle your article it should be disposed of at a civic amenity site or a local authority recycling facility

Batteries are not to be disposed of in municipal waste stream and require separate collection.
