Plastica SSW MOU 4 Chop Saw Bag Sealer
Product Information
This document provides operating and safety instructions for the Bag Sealer. The Bag Sealer is a machine used for sealing bags of various sizes. It is important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Operating Instructions
- Always use safety equipment when operating the machine.
- Switch on the sealer using the switch on the wall, then turn on the switch situated on the machine.
- Select the required lay flat size by referring to the information written on the guide next to the bag sealer.
- Pull the lay flat material through the clamp on the sealer to the desired length. Press down on the clamp using the foot lever on the floor.
- Avoid placing fingers close to the weld bar to prevent burning.
- Cut off the bag only after the red light has deactivated. Use the attached safety knife for this purpose.
- Do not operate the machine unless you have been trained and authorized by the Manager/Setter.

- Always wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) when using the machinery.
- If there are any issues with the machinery or if further training is needed, immediately inform the Supervisor or Manager.
Training Confirmation
The user should acknowledge that they have received training and fully understand all instructions. They must confirm their commitment to wearing PPE and reporting any issues or training needs to the Supervisor or Manager.
Authorized Trainer should sign and confirm that they have provided the necessary training and authorized the user to operate the machinery.

using the safety knife attached.|
7| Do not use any machine unless trained and authorised by Manager/ Setter.|

I will ask for further training if I need to and will immediately inform the Supervisor or Manager if there are any issues with the machinery.
