Product Information
This product is a screen brightness adjustment system designed for the 80-ton machine. It allows users to increase the brightness of the screen for improved visibility and performance.
Operating and Safety Instructions:
- Before starting any maintenance or electrical tasks that require safety guards to be removed, isolate and lock off the machine.
- Follow the lock-off procedure.
- Unlock the arm on the monitor unit and place the monitor on a small table.
- IMPORTANT : Wait for 48 hours before making any adjustments to the screen. The screen may still hold a charge during this period.
- To increase the brightness, turn the black dial anticlockwise.
- Carefully lift the screen back to the holding arm and reassemble the arm.
- Turn on the power and check the screen. If the screen is still dull, report this to the Manager.
- Do not use the machine unless you have received proper training and authorization from the Manager or Setter.
