Product Information

This product is a screen brightness adjustment system designed for the 80-ton machine. It allows users to increase the brightness of the screen for improved visibility and performance.

Operating and Safety Instructions:

1. Before starting any maintenance or electrical tasks that require safety guards to be removed, isolate and lock off the machine.
2. Follow the lock-off procedure.
3. Unlock the arm on the monitor unit and place the monitor on a small table.
4. IMPORTANT : Wait for 48 hours before making any adjustments to the screen. The screen may still hold a charge during this period.
5. To increase the brightness, turn the black dial anticlockwise.
6. Carefully lift the screen back to the holding arm and reassemble the arm.
7. Turn on the power and check the screen. If the screen is still dull, report this to the Manager.
8. Do not use the machine unless you have received proper training and authorization from the Manager or Setter.
