PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Wall switch occupancy and vacancy sensors are optimal for small and mid-sized spaces like office spaces, break rooms, small to mid-sized conference rooms, and restrooms without stalls. An occupancy sensor turns lights ON automatically upon the detection of motion then turns the lights OFF automatically soon after an area is vacated. A vacancy sensor does not offer an option of automatically turning lighting on requiring a manual button press from the occupant (manual/vacancy mode). Our low-profile design and color- matched lenses provide appealing aesthetics for multiple applications.

  • Wall Switch Occupancy Sensors automate lighting control based on occupancy, providing both control and sensing capability in a single device.
  • PW-311 or DW-311 0-10V dimmable wall switch sensors add dimming as well as occupancy sensing to 0-10V LED retrofit, renovation, or new construction projects.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Time switches are ideal for controlling outdoor lighting, spa equipment, garage lighting, and lighting in storage areas or rooms where convenience and security are of primary importance. Digital control provides precise control for exact shutoff while preset intervals can be selectable for convenience. Additionally, timers can  rovide adjustable audible warnings of impending shutoff. Wattstopper’s Lighting Control Panels provide simple, effective zone- based control of exterior and interior lighting in small applications. Using time-based controls to automatically control lighting and other electrical loads is simple and effortless as well as energy efficient. Both the astronomic and standard scheduling functions provide security by automatically turning lighting on to make the application feel inviting and to provide a lived-in look.

SALES TIPS AND KEY FEATURES

  • The RT-100 Programmable Countdown Time Switch automatically turns lighting or other loads off when the programmed on-time expires. Ideal for garages, outdoor lighting, and storage areas.
  • The RT-200 Astronomical Time Switch automatically turns lighting or other loads on and off according to user programming. Prior to automatic operation, the local longitude, latitude, time and date must be entered into the time switch. Each of the eight automatic control programs includes user selectable day(s) of operation plus standard and astro on and off times. Day(s) of operation choices include: every day, weekdays, weekends, a selected day, or no days to deactivate the program. A time delay can also be set so lights overridden on will turn off quickly.
  • The TS-400 series digital time switches automatically turn lights off after a preset time with an adjustable audible and visual warning before shutoff. The lights will remain on for the duration of the timeout setting which is adjustable from 5 minutes to 12 hours. The TS-400 is an ideal lighting control choice in equipment rooms, storage areas, and closets when allowed by code.
  • Lighting Control Panels control up to 8 channels or zones of lighting. Peanut Panels ship pre-assembled in easy-to-install compact packages available for surface and flush mounting. They consist of relays, a system clock, panel intelligence, power supply, tub, and cover. The standard enclosure is NEMA 1-rated.

Ceiling sensors provide clear visibility into the workspaces that are being utilized throughout the workday. Our ceiling sensors provide 360-degree coverage in medium and large sized rooms. Power Packs are necessary to provide power to occupancy sensors as well as load switching circuitry. The BZ-150 and BZ-250 power packs are ideal for providing code compliant manual-on functionality to the DCLV2 wall switch.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Controlling plug loads can help building owners and facility managers be more energy efficient and code compliant. ASHRAE 90.1 standards require that 50 percent of receptacle loads to be controlled by automatic means in specified spaces. Plug load control is the ability to limit the electricity used by the products that are powered by an ordinary AC plug. These might include coffeemakers, microwaves, printers, water coolers and task lights. Occupancy- Based solutions recognize when people are in the room and sends power to the controlled receptacles. When the room is empty, power is turned off automatically.
