CALI RAISED 2014 Tundra Bumper LED Mount
Product Information
The product is a bumper LED light mount designed for a specific truck model. It includes brackets, bolts, washers, and nuts for installation. The LED light is included in the packaging and needs to be installed between the plastic and aluminum parts of the bumper. The product is compatible with fog lights and parking sensors.
Product Usage Instructions
- Using a 10mm wrench, remove the two outside bolts on the bumper.
- Leave the two bolts in the mud flap.
- Using a pick or screwdriver, remove the plastic clip.
- Remove the last two 10mm bolts on the bottom of the bumper and only the 12mm bolt near the outside of the bumper.
- Twist and remove the inner trim from the truck.
- Next, take out the three 10mm bolts on the bottom of the bumper cover.
- Using a 14mm ratcheting wrench, remove the eight nuts (four on each side) that hold the bumper in place.
- Maneuver the bracket into place so that the top tab lines up with the factory slot and the bottom of the bracket lines up with the frame mount.
- Take a 3/8 bolt and install a washer. From the top, place the bolt through the mount and then through the bumper. Install a washer and lock nut from the bottom, but leave them loose for now.
- Take the LED from the packaging and remove the film covering it. Slide the LED in between the plastic and aluminum parts of the bumper. It may require some effort due to tight fit.
- Using a 9/16 wrench and a 7/32 allen wrench, tighten the 3/8 bolt in place. Adjust any washers or hardware that may have moved.
- Install bolts to hold the LED in place. Put a lock washer on the 6mm bolt, followed by a flat washer. Insert the bolt into the LED. This step may require some effort and precision.
- Tighten the LED to the mount.
- Adjust the LED left or right and center it in the bumper.
- With the LED centered and tightened in place, reinstall the bumper. Ensure that the LED mount slides over the bumper stud as well.
- Reinstall all eight nuts and tighten the bumper securely.
- Reinstall the three 10mm bolts.
- Slide the backing trim back into place. This step may require some effort, but it will slide into place with gentle force.
- Before putting the panel back in, make sure to plug in the fog lights and parking sensors.
- Put the plastic clip, 10mm bolts, and 12mm bolts back in their respective places and tighten them securely.

Remove the two outside bolts with a 10mm. Leave the two in the mud flap

Remove the plastic clip with a pick or screwdriver.

Remove the last 2ea 10mm on the bottom and only the 12mm near the outside of the bumper.

Twist and remove the inner trim from the truck.

Next, take out the 3ea 10mm bolts on the bottom of the bumper cover.

Remove the 8ea (4 on each side) nuts that hold the bumper in place using a 14mm ratcheting wrench.

Maneuver the bracket in place so that the top tab lines up with the factory slot, and the bottom of the bracket lines up with the frame mount.

Take a 3/8 bolt and install a washer. then from the top, place the bolt through the mount and then the bumper. Then install a washer and lock nut from the bottom. Leave these loose. The washer on the top can fall into the bumper slot, once everything is in place we can adjust this and get it in place.

Take the LED from the packing and remove the film from the LED. Then slide in between the plastic and aluminum. It is a tight fit.
Using a 9/16 wrench and 7/32 allen tightened the 3/8 bolt in place. Adjust any washers or hardware that may have moved. -
Next, we will install the bolts to hold the LED in place. Put a lock washer on the 6mm bolt, then a flat washer. Snake your hand in place and put the bolt in the LED. This can be a little difficult. Once both are in, tighten the LED to the mount.

With the LED centered and tightened in place, reinstall the bumper and pay attention that the LED mount slides over the bumper stud as well. Re-install all 8ea nuts and tighten the bumper in place.

Re-install the 3ea 10mm bolts.

Slide the backing trim back into place. This can be a little awkward but will slide in place with some gentle effort. Also don’t forget to plug in your fog lights and parking sensors BEFORE putting this panel back in.
