Charging the Power Bank
- The Power Bank can be charged by either plugging the USB end of the charging cable into a wall adapter or USB port (it is recommended to use the charging cable that is included with the device). If you choose to charge it via a USB port, plug the micro USB (shown on page 4) end of the charging cable into the power bank and the other end (USB shown on page 4) into a USB port. If you choose to charge it via a wall adapter, make sure that the wall adapter rating is a 1 amp wall adapter. If the wall adapter is UL 2.1 amp rating or higher it may not charge the device correctly and may overheat the device. (To check the rating of the wall adapter, please read the label on your wall adapter, shown on page 4)
- The red LED light on the inside of the power adapter will light up red whenever it is charging. Note: unless specified otherwise on the packaging, Power Bank does not have a specific indicator to show when it is done charging. We recommend charging your Power Bank for no longer than 3-5 hours. Do not leave the power bank charging for more than 6 hours. The Power Bank may get warm while charging make sure to monitor the heat of the power bank when charging the device to make sure that it does not overheat. Charging at temperatures higher than 100° will degrade battery performance and reduce the life of the battery. Charge fully before use.
Charging Electronic Devices
- Make sure the Power Bank is fully charged before use.
- You are not limited to using the cable that comes with the Power Bank. It can be used to charge certain devices but is mainly used to charge the Power Bank.
- You can charge any device with its corresponding charging cable
Not Included
- If you charge a device’s battery that has a higher mah than the power bank it may slowly charge the device and it may not provide a 100% charge.
- Power bank is compatible with Apple Product USB Cords (Not Included).
- After using the power bank to charge your device, make sure to charge the power bank before attempting to use it again.
- You can charge almost any device by plugging the charging cable that came with the device into the USB port on the power bank.
Warning
- When charging the power bank it will generate heat.
- Make sure to charge the power bank in a well ventilated area, away from any heat, direct sunlight, water, or other liquids.
- To prevent injury, please do not use power bank if it gets wet or if there is visible structural damage to the power bank.
- Do not use when hands are wet.
- Make sure that the ports on the power bank are free from dust or dirt as it may effect the power banks ability to charge devices correctly.
- Do not use the power bank for anything other than specified on the packaging.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not charge under pillows, blankets, or direct sunlight as it may over heat the power bank and cause it to rupture, ignite, or even explode if the temperature gets too hot.
- Do not store the power bank in a car during warm/hot weather.
- Never open the casing to the power bank as the contents may be dangerous if ruptured.
- Li-ion batteries have safety features that protect this device from abuse, if they are damaged they can ignite or explode.
- Make sure to charge the Power Bank separately from your device as it may shorten the power banks battery life.
