Main panels

There are three different main panels with a constant ‘Now Playing’ header – ‘Browse’, ‘Playlist’ and ‘Now Playing’. Swipe the screen left and right to change between the three panels.

  • The Browse panel is used to explore and select from your music library and streaming services.
  • The Playlist panel shows the tracks that you have selected from the browse panel, and the music that is queued for playback.
  • The Now Playing panel shows the current track information.

Adding tracks to a playlist

Tap the desired track and it will automatically be added to the bottom of the playlist. However, you can configure more functions within the options menu. In the options menu you can choose: ‘Single Tap’ or ‘Double Tap’.

  • With ‘Double Tap’, you can also select multiple tracks at once and a further menu option will appear with additional option (see below).

Play now: Adds the selection to the bottom of the playlist and will play immediately


Play next:
Adds the selection after the ‘Now Playing’ song and playback will commence after the current track.


Play later:
Adds selection to the bottom of the playlist and the selection will play in order.


Play and replace: Replaces the whole of the Playlist with the selection, and starts playing immediately.

Press and hold on any item in the Browse, Playlist, or Now Playing app areas to open an info pop-up (see below)

Browse the TIDAL library for matching items, when using the Tidal service

Browse the Qobuz library for matching items, when using the Qobuz service

In the pop-up related to the Qobuz and Tidal service, the Globe icon will switch to your device’s main browser.

Enter the search query in the search box

Note: Select your search behaviour in the settings menu ‘search mode’.

  • Filter = Shows only results that match the search query
  • Find = Shows all items but highlights matching items. You can navigate through the results using the forward and back icons.

UpnP browsing

The folder tab will appear when a UpnP source is available.

Tapping the ‘folder’ tab will enter Standard UPnP Browsing mode.

In this mode, you can browse folders in the traditional UPnP way

Folder view

By tapping on the item named ‘[By Folder]’ you can drill down through physical folders on the server, so you can organise your own structure. As an example, you could have folders named DSD/High Res/Redbook/Lossy, etc. to achieve something not possible with normal tag-based browsing.

    *Tracks from the same album are automatically grouped. This feature can be deactivated in settings
  8. Edit button
    *tap to open playlist edit functions, include remove tracks or arrange order
  9. Save / load playlists
  10. Delete / remove from playlist
  11. ‘Jump’ button indicates current track number / total tracks in playlist
    Tap the jump button to navigate to current track
    If follow track is enabled in settings, the playlist will automatically scroll to the current track

  1.  Transport controls

  3. Time / Progress
    • Tap to reveal progress bar, fast forward, rewind & restart
  4. Button Icon Volume / Mute
    • Tap to show mute and reveal slider for increase / decrease
  5. Current track
    • Song Title
    • Artist Name
    • Album Title.
  6. Album Artwork
    • Tap to enter/exit full screen mode
  7. Current track format
    • Codec Name/Audio Sample Rate/Bit Depth/Bit Rate
      Tap the Artwork to enter Full screen Mode. Tap again to exi
